As stated very clean interior. The bed sheets were microfiber which unlike cotton do not breath and the pillows could certainly use an upgrade. future guests may like to bring their own. It would be nice to know how long to wait for reimbursement of the damage deposit and it certainly seems rather much. Speaking of which there was a small hole and ruined blind in the laundry room. Perhaps that could be noted so future guests have no concerns. The grounds needed to be tidied up. Potted plants needed attention. A rental should never look scruffier than surrounding properties.

I don't like the Alexa device in the den, but other than that, it's great.

We had a great stay! The cottage is super cute and everything thing we needed while visiting family. We didn't have any issues, and Kevin was responsive to a couple of questions. We will definitely stay here again if we have the chance!

Nice, quaint cottage style home. Modern up to date facilities. I was not used to a memory foam mattress so it was a little uncomfortable for me.

Rough on the outside, clean and well maintained on the inside. Per night cost is low so a very good value.

Enjoyed our stay at this little cottage. It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Just a nice place to relax. We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed the down town area and local Farmer’s Market.

It's a cute little house. Decent location, easy to find. Would have liked better outside seating options in backyard. The bathroom door was broken, but we were able to deal with it for a couple of days. Owner was easy to get a hold of. Price was fair.

The house was comfortable with everything needed for my short stay. A grocery store, Sheetz gas/ convenience store, and severalrestaurants were just a couple minutes away.

Pros: Had good water pressure and hot water, had a full kitchen, washer and dryer worked okay, internet was fine.Cons: Very uncomfortable bed, bathroom door was broken, some mold in shower, had to go buy air fresheners to cover up musty smell. Probably will not be staying here again

Perfect small unit for a quick weekend in Kernersville. The house has a nice walk-in shower. It was great for my elderly mom. I would’ve liked a grab bar in the shower. Nevertheless, the little place was just the perfect size.

The house is beautiful! Everything we needed was right at our disposal. The only suggestion is to use scrubbing bubbles soap and scum remover on the shower Liners after every gt

The house was located close to family. The coffee creamer, coffee, etc… were a nice added touch. I would recommend running the dehumidifier regularly to circulate air. It was stuffy and did not smell good when we first arrived. We circulated air and it got better. Overall, the house was nicely decorated and clean.

The neighborhood was not especially attractive and the interior of the home had a musty smell. The property manager did have a dehumidifier running constantly but you could still very much notice it. The bathroom door wouldn't shut properly and was falling apart. The ceiling in the first bedroom was sagging significantly and the furniture was quite uncomfortable. Will not be staying here again.

The positive: bed was fairly comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Cute decor. The negative: neighborhood wasn’t in a very desirable location. The house needs some work (bathroom door was falling off the hinges, the toilet leaked, a pot of dirt that used to hold a plant was sitting in the corner of the bedroom which was weird. Dead plants on the front porch. The house was also very musty. There was a dehumidifier running in the house, thankfully, but you could tell it was kind of damp. We wouldn’t chose to stay here again.
