There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Bathroom with bath, shower, basin, and WC. Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area, and seating area. External utility shared. Central heating is provided by oil. The kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. There is also a TV with Freeview, DVD player, and WiFi. Fuel and power are included in the rent. Bed linen is included in the rental price. Towels are not available. On request, a cot and highchair are available. There is private parking for two cars. Garden with patio and furniture, as well as an additional one-acre field shared with the other properties on the property. Pet-friendly. Sorry, no smoking. The nearest shop is 0.5 mile away, the nearest pub is 0.8 mile away, and the nearest beach is 1 mile away. Town: Port Isaac is a real Cornish gem. The historic settlement, nestled in a steep-sided valley, has remained untouched from its days of fishing, slate export, and smuggling in the previous century. There are various tiny character residences, as well as larger cliff-top getaways, with easy access to the village's numerous restaurants and stores. As the water recedes, the sandy harbour creates an abundance of rock pools. It's only a short drive from the beaches of Polzeath, Daymer, and Rock, making it ideal for both romantic and family vacations. There is plenty of parking at the village's peak.
