Private modern one-bedroom cottage in Sedona

Perfect place to stay for our trip to Sedona. Ed was a great host! Highly recommend.

Really nice cottage in a great location. The hosts were very helpful.

The host was wonderful, with great recommendations for hikes and restaurants. There’s not a lot of storage for food, or for clothing, but if you’re happy to live out of your suitcase, and appreciate quiet and views, this is a perfect place.

It had good views and a great host with plenty of things to do close by.

Incredibly cute little cottage tucked into the area. Super clean and smelt amazing. Had water and other goodies in the fridge for us. Great host.

Great location and the property was perfect. We definitely enjoyed our time on the hikes as well as the sunrises and sunsets. Everything was as advertised…..we also enjoyed being in west Sedona and away from the downtown area.

Quiet, peaceful, and a perfect retreat for a couple. Stayed 4 days in March. Weather was perfect. Place had everything we needed.

We had a very comfortable and quiet stay at this lovely cottage. It had everything you would need for coffee and breakfast in the morning or a take out dinner. The bed was comfortable, and we were happy to have several windows to open for a nice breeze. The shower was heavenly after a day of hiking and sight seeing.. The cottage is tucked up in a beautifully manicured spot. Yet it is just minutes from some of our favorite restaurants and coffee shops--plus grocery stores. We didn't have to deal with going into the town of Sedona for anything. Also, many of the hiking trails were 5-15 minutes away.I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. We would (and will!) stay there again.Ed, our host, was right there to answer any questions or tend to any issues we may have had. He was a superior host.

Host was accommodating to our changes. The place was quiet and private with amazing views. I wasn't prepared for how amazing the sky looked. Stargazing was not part of our itinerary, but was an added bonus.

Views were amazing. The place honestly blew us away. Ed is a fantastic host and even went above and beyond to get flowers and wine to have them waiting for us when we arrived. Would one thousand percent book this property again. Highly recommend!

Ed and Joy's Sedona Cottage was fantastic! It was clean, cozy, private and had everything we needed. It was close enough to town that you could pop in and out with ease, but you still felt tucked away and had plenty of quiet. The hosts were friendly and avilable if you needed them but gave you your space if you didn't. It truly was a lovely stay!

The cottage was clean and brand new, set in a rural residential neighborhood with great views of nearby rocks and mountains. Everything was in order and worked well, with good instructions. Highly recommend for a stay in Sedona.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy cabin in Sedona! It had such a warm, inviting feel and was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The two outdoor seating areas were perfect—one for sipping morning coffee with the views and another for relaxing in the evening under the stars. The cabin had all the little touches that made it feel like home, while still being a peaceful retreat in nature. Truly such a cool and charming spot—we’ll definitely be back!

This cottage is perched up on a hill with beautiful views. A great place to come back to after a day of hiking. The cottage was very well appointed and the owner gave us a warm welcome. If we return to the area we will try to stay here. Thanks Ed!

We loved our two days here. This cottage was clean and comfy. Great location for all Sedona has to offer. We enjoyed our scenic morning hikes and afternoons exploring the town. Excellent communication by cottage owner.

Location. Privacy. Every need fulfilled before needed. Great view of Thunder Mountain. And the night sky! Just wonderful. I will return.
