What a beautiful vacation home , it was really a home away from home.! The host very good .

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations due to unresolved issues that significantly affected our comfort.The listing advertises amenities such as air conditioning; however, this was not available in the cottage we were placed in. The host has two properties (a main house and a separate cottage), but the listing generalises amenities across both, which creates a misleading impression, as the cottage does not include some of the items advertised.Upon arrival, we also discovered that the washing machine was not operational, despite it being listed as an available amenity and having been confirmed by the host beforehand. This caused inconvenience for the duration of our stay.Additionally, during rainfall, water leaked through the door and pooled on the kitchen bench and flowed all the way into the lounge carpet, creating both a mess and a potential safety concern. This was particularly frustrating as it affected the living space and required constant attention.On check-in, there were also visible old spider webs around parts of the cottage, which gave the impression that the unit had not been properly cleaned or prepared before our arrival.lack of basic consumables. For example, we were told that only two rolls of toilet paper are “usually” provided and that the host would need to go and buy more if required. This was inconvenient and felt unreasonable for a stay of this length, as such essentials are generally expected to be adequately stocked before hosting again

We enjoyed staying at Gletwyn Guesthouse. We had our car washed every morning and we appreciated that service. The place is quiet and smart. We would stay there again and again. Thank you

Beyond expectation. Excellent hospitality. Great communication with the staff. This property is great for a single person, family or double occupancy. This property is worthwhile and we don't hesitate to recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a quiet stay and very comfortable in all aspects. The stuff is very helpful and explains things in detail. Electrical appliances use both solar and electricity from ZESA. Gas is also available. Give it a try.

What a lovely place , quiet and good environment

Amber_Dash has been the most amazing stay. We have had to further our stay to a longer vacation, and each month has been the same as the other only better. Susan's staff is always quick to attend to me and my family for any help. It has become like family here at this Vacation Home. Contact her she certainly will make it your worth while here in Zimbabwe. It's safe, secure and she has amazing fur babies I just want to take them back home with me.

Staying at Amber_Dash Cottage with Susan has been the most amazing wonderful experience. We checked in from the 8th March till 8th of April She is a wonderful amd compassionate host. We seriously give her 8 star. We are a family of 4. Two adults and 2 kids bother under 10 years of age. The children really loved the home away from home environment. They have a chiwawa and a German Shepherd dog plus a kitten. The pets were just adorable and friendly to be with. Susan gave us a tour around the Gletwyn Shawasha hills. Did the running track ? with the family. Great back up system for the remote with strong bandwidth. Fully functional cottage. We are definitely coming back!!
