The carriage house was superb and so convenient to the beach and the shopping and dining areas. It was very clean, nicely appointed with comfortable beds and furniture, great kitchen and little outdoor verandas.

Had a fantastic stay at this carriage house. The location couldn't be better for Rosemary Beach in terms of proximity to the town center, beach, and a pool nearby. Alys Beach and Seacrest are only a short walk away as well. The one issue we had during our stay was addressed immediately. Would absolutely stay at again - thank you!

Clean carriage house, well furnished

We had a delightful stay in this charming carriage house apartment. We have visited Rosemary previously, but it was our first time staying in the neighborhood. A couple of strong positives about this property is that it was detached from the main residence, assuring privacy, and quiet. And, having a small outdoor seating area was another positive as that gave us a place outside to sit in the evening with friends. The location is stellar and we were able to easily walk into the square for dinner as well as the beach. We enjoyed the bikes that came with the property and used them daily. The bed was very comfortable, and the pictures accurately displayed the interior. Cheryl was lovely to work with, responding to all inquiries promptly. We would definitely stay in this property again.

Wonderful location

We had a fantastic stay at this little cottage. So close to everything in Rosemary Beach. Walkable! Beds were super comfortable and we had everything we could need or want. It does require a key card to get on AND off the beach, which was a small challenge and we had reserved beach chairs for our check out day, and had to work out how to get access to the beach after checking out. Property manager was prompt with ideas and assistance. We will be back. Just delightful.

My husband and I stayed here for our baby moon. It was great, plenty of room and very clean! It was close enough to walk to everything, beach, restaurants, shopping, etc, even at 31 weeks pregnant!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and orderly. The photos are accurate and the home is well taken care of. The only disappointment was the beach equipment. The beach umbrella is unusable (completely broken). Having use of the bikes was fantastic! Made getting around super easy. Fantastic location. Would for sure book here again and do recommend. ??

We loved our stay at the cottage. Location was great and close to everything. We able were to park our car in the garage which was a nice benefit. The bed was extremely comfortable and there were nice linens. Would definitely stay again!!

This carriage house provided a fantastic vacation in that it really is steps to the beach and in a FANTASTIC location where you can walk/bike everywhere to eat and shop! This was a perfect place for two of us for the week. 4 would be cozy and ok if close family given no separate bedrooms other than open loft and a single bathroom. Garage is a nice bonus. Super close to beach and shopping/dining. Host provided everything we needed. Would definitely come again.
