This is a wonderful property! Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It's very close to the boardwalk to the beach via walking or biking. The host is very helpful and responsive! We had a blast making family memories here!

This was the perfect house for our vacation! Plenty of space, super close to the beach, and just a lovely home. We hope to stay there again in the future! We’ve stayed on Kiawah before but this was by far the best location!

This is my families second time staying at Deirdre’s home, and there’s a reason. Very easy check in, so close to the beach and a very family friendly home. Was great for my kids and plenty of space for making meals, doing laundry, etc throughout the week. A well stocked home too which is so nice to see! Hope to be back next year!

This house and location was just wonderful! Very well maintained and roomy for my family of four. It was updated, clean and a 3 minute walk to the beach. Deirdre, the host, was very responsive and answered our questions in a timely manner. Def recommend!

Loved this cottage and the accessibility to the Night Herron Park and bike trails and beach! Renting bikes made exploring so easy and enjoyable.

I have been to Kiawah many times but this was a 1st for my daughter and family. They loved the island. My son-in-law went crabbing for 1st time. Kids had so much fun at beach and playground. Heron Park is short walk or bike ride also short walk to beach. House was very suitable for a family. Very clean. Would recommend.

Absolutely wonderful. Location, cleanliness, accommodations and hospitality of the host was fabulous. We have frequented Kiawah for over 40 years and this location and the Cottage was by far one of the best places we have experienced. Out host was responsive to inquiries and we would highly recommend this rental to anyone. We look forward to returning in 2025.

We’ve been vacationing on Kiawah for almost 50 years, and Ocean Woods is our favorite location. This cottage has had significant updates, so it’s one of our favorites. Clean and comfortable, it has everything you need for a small group.

This property was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked which we needed since we cooked most of our meals. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and the beach was just a few minutes away walking. Only a couple of minutes on the bike. There weren’t a lot of people on the beach most days—off the beach access we used—14. Everything was well stocked and clean. We definitely hope to stay again!!

Our family always stays in the ocean woods community when we come to Kiawah every year. This was a great home that is well stocked and very well taken care of. Would definitely stay here again!

This house is a quick walk across the street to the beach and a five minute bike ride to Night Heron Park! Quiet without much traffic. House had some helpful extras like oil and some spices and extra paper towels…makes such a difference when cooking! Beds were comfortable and the WiFi worked well. Would stay here again.

We have stayed at this property multiple times. It is well maintained, clean, and in a perfect location. The owner is an excellent host and responsive when needed. 5 Stars!

Property was just as advertised. Not as nicely renovated as some Oceanwoods properties but comfortable and convenient. Owner was very responsive. Could use additional bath towels - only 6 were provided for 6 adults so there's no extras if you put them all in the laundry. There were not enough towel racks or hooks - in the hall bath, only 1 towel bar & 1 hook for a bathroom shared by 4 adults. Not enough toilet paper provided in the bathrooms as well. Bed linens and pillows seemed a bit mismatched, and there were no linens for extra pillow in the closet.

We really enjoyed our vacation in Kiawah last week. The accommodations were perfect for our family. It was very clean, very close to the beach access, the beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone, The beach is lovely and we rode our bikes everywhere. We would love to stay here again.
