Prime Location & Highly Rated Dog Friendly Cottage with 'Perks'

This was a the perfect place for my husband and I. Nice and cozy and clean and had everything we needed! The host always responded right away if I had a question. Easy check in and check out. I’ve already booked my next day there for the upcoming fall.

My fur baby and I have stayed here before and it never disappoints. It is always immaculate. The location is extremely convenient and walkable to all that Fish Creek has to offer. Overnight 6 inches of snow fell making the village look like a picture perfect postcard. The host checked on me and cleared the snow in a very timely fashion.

This is the most perfect stay on the Peninsula. It is lovely, well stocked, and the location especially off season is so special. I love being able to have my dog, kids, or a friend with me and there is plenty of room.

This place was very cute and in an excellent location. Walking distance to everything and yet had deer come almost right to the window. Highly recommend.

Well appointed; cozy atmosphere and ideal location to town, Lake Michigan, and the state park. Do not hesitate to book this location - hands down, no better choice for access to Door County and amenities. Owner is very responsive and accommodating. We hope to have the opportunity to book this location again.

Good location. Our dog was quite comfortable here. We went on some nice walks. Being late November it was very quiet in Fish Creek. Which was perfect. We would definately stay again!

My husband and I, along with our Cockapoo, enjoyed our stay at the Java Hut. It was clean, cozy, and convenient to restaurants, shops and parks in Fish Creek. Our host, Carina, responded immediately to any question we had. It’s pet-friendly and a great place for a Door County getaway.

Cozy house in awesome location!

Great location near shopping and restaurants. Blue Horse Cafe is within steps for gourmet coffee and delicious bakery items (and more) for a quick breakfast before embarking on sightseeing plans for the day. Repeat guests. Would like to return again next year. Wonderful host.

Amazing location on Main Street right across from water and play area with great cofee shop down below (not attached). Nice outside area whith chairs, fire pit and bbq grill. Loved everything about this place. Pics dont do it justice. Beds super comfy too!

This is such a lovely place in a perfect location. Incredibly clean, comfortable, well maintained, nicely decorated. And the cafe in front has great coffee and sandwiches. I wish all vacation rentals were this good!

We had a great stay. The house has everything. It is on a quiet dead end, but near the beach and downtown Fish Creek.

Well located - walkable to restaurants, markets, and great sunsets. Nice to have cable TV vs streaming. Fire pit was a plus. Enjoyed Blue Horse out door seating with our dog. Easy drive to our favorite restaurants.

This is the best VRBO on the Peninsula. o can, neat, well stocked, quiet and pretty, and excellent help and communication with the hosts. Ill be back again very soon and thank you for everything.

My 15 years old daughter and I were looking for a quick get away. The Java Hut was perfect accommodation for us. We each had our own bedroom & bathroom. The place is cozy and clean. The table was great for putting our new puzzle together. The location also lovely!

This property is perfect. It is conveniently located in beautiful, peaceful Fish Creek. You are within walking distance to shopping, dining, and hiking. The host has thought of everything that you might need for your stay including two coffee makers!

We loved spending time in Fish Creek! We hiked one day, then weather turned to windy and snow. We had fun relaxing in cottage waiting out the storm. Blue Horse Cafe outside our door so handy to order a dinner salad was super!!Enjoyed DC without crowds

We loved the charming, cozy and extremely clean Java Hut cottage. Plenty of room for two to spread out and very comfortable living room furniture. Nice sized well stocked kitchen to make meals in, especially in winter when many restaurants are closed for the season. It is very centrally located to get up and down the peninsula. Would have stayed an extra day or two more but it was available, bummer. Yes we would stay here again.

This is my very favorite VRBO cottage ever. So clean, perfect location and my favorite location anywhere!, well stocked, so comfortable, and the owners are so competent and attentive to any need. I'll be back in April!Thank you for everything!!

We enjoyed our stay with our dogs. The snow was beautiful and the cottage was cozy. Hiking, dining and shopping were all easy to access.

3rd annual trip and this rental is in the perfect location and suits myself and my daughter and daughter-in-laws perfectly

My fiance and I really enjoyed our weekend stay. What a beautiful place, and love that it is close the Blue Horse and town, best location and still quiet/relaxing..We will most def be back!!! So close to Fish Xreek

This place has an amazing location with easy parking. Very cute and quaint as described. Only negative is there is very hard water so I’d bring my own for drinking.

The property looks exactly like the pictures. It is clean and just perfect. You can walk to Berringer’s Supper Club, the little Market and small restaurant/tavern as well as many shops that are all only a few minutes away. The Java Hut is located in The Blue Horse Beach Cafe’s backyard so walking down is less than 30 seconds for coffee and breakfast. We could not have asked for anything better!

We stayed 3 nights in September and had a great time. First time in Fish Creek and loved the location of The Java Hut. Easy access to shops and restaurants downtown and the Blue Horse Beach Cafe and beach was just steps away. Hope to return again.

The Java Hut is a perfect place to stay. It has everything you need from comfy beds to coffee makers. There are two coffee makers by the way! This host has thought of everything. It is conveniently located. You can walk everywhere in Fish Creek from here.

Such a cute little cabin! Its location was amazing. The coffee cafe was a couple feet away which was awesome! And we walked to get food downtown throughout our stay.

This is a perfect place to stay while in Door County. Easy walking to all the Fish Creek shops and restaurants (no worry about trying to find parking). Cottage was clean and comfortable. Great communication with host. Highly recommend staying here!

My husband and I were tremendously happy with our stay at this property. For us, Pros: perfect/private location, responsive/friendly owners, 2 bathrooms, lots of closet space, washer/dryer, ability to adjust thermostat to preference, furniture was comfortable, Cons: we arrived after dark and could not locate property (owners immediately responded and assisted), water had an iron like smell (we have experienced this before in Door County, so maybe this is just due to location) It is a wonderful place to stay.
