Pet-friendly, renovated, walk to downtown.

Quiet location. Easy access. House was clean and well taken care of. Hot tub was fantastic!

The owner’s hospitality was absolutely palpable throughout the entire home. There was coffee, firewood, soap, towels all the little things we usually have to bring with us. And “no work” to do before leaving like bedding! We rang in the new year in the hot tub with the countdown on the tv as well as the IU Rose bowl win. We didn’t get a chance to build a fire in the fire pit but will next time! Happy New year! Go IU!

The host was very welcoming and as we had brought our dog, the place was also very pet friendly! Property had everything we wanted, a fire pit, picnic table, wonderful location! Highly recommended!

More house than necessary for just the 2 of us, but it worked out great. A very comfortable space and cleanliness standard was outstanding. We took advantage of the fine quality hot tub one evening. The home had everything we needed, including excellent A/C. Convenient to all of the Nashville shops and restaurants.

The house was stocked well with things that saved us space in the car by not having to pack them or buy them ourselves. It was a clean house that felt like a home. The location is ideal, being near a number of attractions.We thought there would be a fold out bed in the living room based on the listing details but that wasn't the case. The walk into Nashville is short and convenient but the first several yards that crosses a bridge is narrow without a sidewalk and a bit dicey with traffic.

This property was exactly what we needed for our girls trip! It was clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a bad storm while we were there and we lost power for about 14 hours but we still made the best of it! Town is a very short drive away or could be walkable on a nice day! Would stay here again!

We had a great time at this cozy house. It was well stocked and clean. Check in was easy and smooth. Everything was well labeled and easy to find. Would stay here again.

Property was amazing. The only issue we had was with the air freshener, I’m slightly allergic to that stuff. I wasn’t upset or anything. We loved everything about it and will book again. 5 stars from us.

We stayed for my brother in laws 40th birthday.. cottage was perfect for the 6 of us! Super quaint and clean cottage and they thought of everything! Candles, cards, the fireplace was amazing and we really enjoyed the hot tub! We wish the tv would have worked out there to watch the bengals game though! We plan to come and stay again!

Just a short getaway during the week. Great property. Clean and equipped with what you need. Close to downtown and driving distance to Brown County Park. Would stay there again.

Everything was better than expected. They truly thought of everything. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. We were able to walk to downtown in about 10mins and Hard Truth is just a 2 min drive. Would stay again!

Harper Valley cottage was so cute ! Decor was really nice. This property was clean & in good condition. Location was excellent. Close to shopping & food. We enjoyed the hot tub & could walk to downtown Nashville!

We were ageas 40-73. It was a blast. A beautiful town and home!!

Place was so cute cozy had plenty of space for our family . Very well stocked kitchen !! Hot tub was a relaxing bonus . Although close to town I recommend car not walkable roads are busy with no paved sidewalks . !! Will be back !

My husband and I like to take a quick trip to Nashville Indiana each summer to to shut down. This property was perfectly located. We were able to walk everywhere and only had to drive when we went someplace outside of downtown. It was clean and nicely updated. We enjoyed both the hot tub, firepit and how comfortable it is. We will definitely see if this place is available every time we go to Nashville.

Perfect location between downtown Little Nashville and Hard Truth Hills. Property was clean and had everything anyone could need. Luckily we didn’t forget anything but if we had, we wouldn’t have needed to buy it. Our kids loved all the games at the house as well.

The cottage was just as described. Immaculate interior with every single supply you could think of, and then some!! Communication with host was easy and timely! Location is super convenient to down town Brown County and the state park. My ONLY issue is that you could hear the road noise when you were in the yard or the hot tub. Definitely not a major issue, but if you’re looking for peace and quiet..you may be a little disappointed. The convenience of the cottage location outweighed this minor concern. The hot tub was great and my kids loved it. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would stay here again!
