This newly renovated 3 BR and 2 BA Cottage in the Sparrow Pond section of Kiawah Island, S.C. The cottage is located in the lush, secluded section of the West Beach. Kiawah Island is unique among the barrier islands, unlike Hilton Head or Myrtle Beach commercial development is virtually non-existent.
The quaint cottage sleeps six in comfort. It is a perfect getaway for couples. A well-behaved dog is welcomed. The master bedroom features a king size bed and its own en suite with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The second bathroom is located off of the main living area and features a roomy shower. The main living area includes a Smart TV with cable. The screened porch with a large table and grill allows guests to eat a quiet meal outdoors. A large wrap around deck provides additional outdoor space. The cottage is within a FIVE-MINUTE WALK to the broad sandy beach. It is an ideal setting for family fun, a quiet get-away, or romance. The community pool is conveniently located along the walk to the beach and is free to Sparrow Pond visitors. The Cougar Point golf course and clubhouse/restaurant is within walking distance. Miles of trails for walking or biking cover the island. Fresh Fields shopping center is a two-mile bike or car drive from the cottage near the entrance to the island. At the center, you will find a grocery store, shops, drug store, liquor store, coffee shop, sports shop, restaurants, medical care, and more. Bohicket Marina is another mile near the entrance to Sea brook Island and has a full-service marina as well as more restaurants and shops. Be sure to be there at sunset!

    The house was immaculately clean and well stocked. Even the storage shed where the bikes were stored was so organized and the bikes had pumped tires and were ready to go!

    We loved staying at this cottage. It’s in the perfect location with access to the fantastic Cougar Point clubhouse. It’s close to the front gate too, making it an easy trip up to Freshfields for groceries or shopping. Plus our little furry child gets to come along. We will stay here again soon!

    From the minute we walked in, we could see right away we made an amazing choice! Four adults two tween girls. We used the bikes, the beach and the community pool! The house was very clean, well equipped with things you sometimes don’t get in a rental. We were thrilled with this property, location and the owner. We will go back!

    We have been doing a mid-year get together with our adult children and their families at Kiawah for several years. This is our second year staying at Frank's cottage. It's super clean and updated. He has thought of everything needed for a comfortable stay (plenty of pots, pans, utensils, bikes, beach toys, chairs, towels, etc.) Just a short walk to the beach... We had so much fun and are looking forward to going again next year. :)
