Pet friendly historic home in Downtown Nashville!

House has a great location for visiting downtown shops and restaurants. Also, history of house is unique.

Cute, quiet stay. Love the old charm of the home. The hot tub was a huge plus with the snowy weather!

Everything was wonderful. This was our second time staying there. Very cute house with lost a history in a wonderful location walking distance to everything.

The house wasn't very clean, and it had a choppy layout. If someone wanted to take a shower, they had to enter another bedroom to get to it. I understand that it was built in 1840, but the pictures online were a bit deceptive. The living room was nice and large, but we couldn't figure out how to work the TV, so we ended up using my laptop to watch TV. The covered parking was good, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Great little place with a lot of history to it. Excellent location as you can walk to everything in town.

This an older home that has been remodeled on inside. Being older home you also have the musty smell. There were no screens so we couldn’t open the windows. Uncomfortable beds, trip hazard from bedroom to bath. Does have nice stocked kitchen and we enjoyed the front porch. No Closets to hang clothes. No washer/ dryer. A lot of dampness in the house.Being 2 Seniors we will probably will not stay here again. It is a prime location, 2 blocks from downtown .

The positives: the house was in a great location!the owner was very responsive and great to rent from. He tried to accommodate all of our needs and he gets a 10/10The mattress was very comfyThe negatives:Kitchen was FULL of ants, a few ants in the bathroom as wellI didn’t expect the house to be as old as it was or to smell as old as it did. Parts were updated decently and other parts were just not great… the pictures looked way nicer than it did in person The front door works with a key code however the battery to the door didn’t have a cover over it and was barely hanging in thereThe front porch furniture was so nasty, I would have never sat on itThere was a big hair wad in the bathroom floor and hairs in the shower, which made it look like it wasn’t cleaned as good as I prefer No washer, dryer or dishwasherOverall… I would not rent this house again. Although I will say, my baby got very sick while we were there… and since taking care of my baby was my biggest concern, I didn’t relay any of this to the manager until we were leaving and my baby started feeling better

Great time, close to everything and very clean property.

Property was run down with overgrown weeds and no cute landscaping as pictured in posting. Overgrown bushes blocked the side drive entrance to porch. Upon entering, overwhelming musty, mold smell that never subsided. Trip hazard from bedroom to shower room. Extremely small shower, which needs to be recalked, and shower head descaled. Quaint front porch but lacked any tables for beverages. Great location, comfortable beds and spacious living room. The front porch swing was the highlight of the house.

The house was the most ill equipped VRBO property I have ever stayed in. Example: No lamps by the bed in one bedroom, kitchen very poorly furnished, and most importantly no closet or place to hang dresses and jackets in either bedroom, and we were there for graduation! If the price had been more reasonable, I would have understood, but this was a total ripoff.

This is a great little property just a few steps from downtown Nashville. Couches are very comfortable (I ended up sleeping on one of them)! It has everything you need and if anything is missing there are plenty of places right down the road. Hot tub was nice…wish it had a little more privacy but it’s downtown so it was still nice

Cutest house in an excellent walking location to the local shops and restaurants.

We brought our dogs and loved this house! It is in walking distance or close proximity of “the shops.” Lots of tlc from the owners and enjoyed reading about the history of the house. Will definitely return.

My fiancé and I really loved this location due to having the privacy of a home but being so close to everything in town. The house was stocked well with everything we potentially needed, and we loved the historic charm.The only small downsides were that there was some construction next door that started at 8am each morning. Luckily we are early risers, but it could've been a problem for folks wanting to sleep in and relax. Additionally, as mentioned in previous reviews, the main bed is very hard. We figured our to

We had such a great time! We surprised my sisters with the trip. We made the best memories and loved the history of this house. Thank you to our host for accommodating all of us. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location, chop house had amazing food!

This historical home was cute. The living & dining room were quite spacious and comfortable. We found it difficult to move around in the home due to sloped, uneven floors and a step down to the area where the bathroom is. Also walking up from the parking area was a bit steep for us. The owners might want to consider getting a power strip with USB ports included for charging devices. It was the first time that we were requested to strip the beds & take out the trash. I would think that would be included in the fees that we paid. I wouldn’t stay here again just because of our mobility issues… we’re older & my husband has many health problems and walking issues.

my husband and i stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. it was beautiful inside, great location, walking distance from downtown. all over very convenient and we would love to stay there again!
