Would've been nice to have some folding beach chairs. For the Money - This place is very over rated and needs some lot of TLC.

With that being said, this was the cleanest house we've stayed in. The house is completely updated and has beautiful decor. Comfortable beds and a great view from the screened porch. It's a perfect distance to the dock and pool, and an equal amount distance to the beach. I have zero complaints and I would definitely bring my family back to this house. ESPM was quick in responding to my questions.

Everything was extremely clean, the kitchen was well appointed with tools and appliances, and the layout of the home was perfect. There is a balcony off the back of the home that has a screened porch and balcony off the primary bedroom that overlook a river. While the house was awesome, my favorite part was the neighborhood itself. Lovely shaded pathways and the beach was just around the corner. The community has a pool and a dock for fishing and kayaking as well. I had several questions for the rental company while we were there and they were always extremely responsive and easy to work with. Shopping in Freshfields was super nice (full grocery store, drugstore, etc) and Charleston was only a 40 min drive. The beach itself was awesome too. Super clean, not crowded at all. Great stay!

We stayed a year ago in the same cottage and loved it so much we returned this year. It was just as wonderful!! Beautiful kitchen with gas stove, beautiful bathrooms and extremely comfortable master bedroom. We had to call maintenance to fix the handle on the screened in porch and he came within 30 minutes and fixed it perfectly !!! He was extremely professional and competent !! We love staying at Inlet Cove to enjoy the river and private dock for fishing, private swimming pool and close bike ride to the beach. This is a perfect location and beautiful cottage.
