PENPRYS BACH AT HENDRE BARNS is our 4* luxury self-catering cottage, converted in 2022.

Penprys Bach benefits from level access throughout, two en-suite bedrooms, open plan living, free unlimited Wi-Fi, Freesat TV and a private enclosed patio garden with BBQ. We are sure it will be the perfect place to enjoy a week with family or friends. Plus new for 2023, an EV Charger is now available on site.

Sleeping four people in two en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 5’ king sized bed and benefits from a full bathroom, bath with shower attachment, toilet, sink and a separate walk-in shower cubicle. The second bedroom has the option of either a 5' king sized bed or two 2'6 single beds. This room has a wet-room style shower en-suite with toilet & sink. Both bedrooms have an alarm clock / radio, with both wireless and USB phone charging.

The open-plan living, dining and kitchen space boasts solid oak flooring, with the kitchen featuring Bosch appliances and white quartz worktops. We have strived to ensure that the kitchen has every item you will need, including a Tassimo Happy coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher. The lounge also has a Belkin bluetooth speaker with wireless mobile phone charging.

A washer/dryer is located in the utility cupboard in the second bedroom.

The fully enclosed private south facing garden, is accessed directly from the living room. This wonderfully sunny space comes with rattan patio furniture and a barbecue. On rainy days, you can snuggle up on the sofa to watch the Ultra HD Smart TV with built-in Freesat. Penprys Bach also benefits from free fast fibre Wi-Fi.

Two well behaved dogs are welcome, but must be kept on leads due to the presence of livestock on the property.

Electricity, linen and towels are inclusive.

An EV Charger is available on site. Up to 7kW twin port Type 2 Project EV charger (cable not supplied). Chargeable via app (Instructions available on the machine).
