Pei Beach House Luxury Rental - Brackley Beach

Very nice modern property with lots of room for the whole adult family. Would highly recommend for any extended stay as it is not far to drive to many of the touristy sites while having a nice quiet retreat to come back to. Hot tub an fire pit made for nice relaxed evenings.

The space was perfect for our group. The rooms were clean and there were plenty of towels. We had a great view of the water.

An absolutely breathtaking property. First words out of everyone's mouth was wow. The hosts went above and beyond and provided my wife and myself their original rocking chair to help put our baby sleep. They didnt have to do that and they did. Place was clean and beautiful with an excellent location on the island. Sunset views were superb and hot tub was perfect. My tip to anyone from not out east; bring more than one sweater. Cool windy days but zero humidity. Will recommend this place to anyone. Thank you to the wonderful hosts.

With eight adults we were grateful for three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The open concept made it feel very roomy. There were several lounging areas when people needed downtime ffrom

Great house in a great location for seeing the whole island, but staying in an out-of-the way, peaceful location.There was some poor communication with the host during the check-in process, but that seems to have been a temporary problem and overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home that worked well for 4 couples. Location allowed us to visit key areas of the island. We stayed 4 nights.

The cottage was a perfect setting and accommodation for our family gathering.Great location, near Brackley Beach. Comfortable and clean indoor/outdoor furniture, beds and bathrooms. Kitchen was clean and spacious but lacked some basic essentials - cutting boards, corkscrew, serving utensils, larger bowls, sharp knives and supply of plastic wrap or aluminum foil.We had to buy all those items at the Dollarama for ourselves. This could be an easy fix for the owner.

We had 9 adults ranging 43-70. We have been doing a golf trip every September since 2001. Great courses fairly close to our location. The loft sleeping area was a little awkward to access. After the first night we slept on the couches downstairs. Plenty of room wasn’t a problem. The owner Cory was nice enough to let us just us rebook for 2024 as there was a hurricane last year in 2023. Very nice

We had a great time! The house is large and comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet and inviting. Some of us had to do some work, and the Wi-Fi was lightning-fast. The house is well-appointed, and the location makes both the beach and Charlottetown easy to access. Cory was a great host, and we look forward to another stay in the future.

We (5 adults) had a great stay at this property. The yard is spacious, with a partial bay view over the trees. Access to the rocky coastline was down a steep set of stairs, but a lovely walk for sunsets. The house had more than enough space, with 4 large bedrooms (2 with adjoining balconies), and a large kitchen/living area. The outdoor seating spaces offered beautiful sunset views. The hottub could have been cleaner on arrival and the hand-held vacuum was broken; a set of instructions on how to care for it over our 8 day stay would have been useful. The railings need some work (rails missing), and bikes were stored in the basement which made them difficult to access. Overall a spacious house that needs a bit of maintenance, on a lovely property by the bay.

enjoyed the property . great location . close to the beach , golf courses , charlottetown , cavendish , etc . HOUSE HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED , NICE APPLIANCES AND HOT TUB WAS NICE ALSO .

Water view, close to the beach and lots of room

This is a well maintained rental property. The house was exactly as described, very clean and had many potions to help with making meals and keeping young men busy. Corey was very responsive when contacted and insisted on us not hesitating to contact him with any issues or concerns as he had a team that could help address problems. All in all a great week, close to a number of beaches.

Fabulous location for any activity on PEI or just enjoy the solitude. Cory was a great communicator and responded well to concerns. Large open home but needs to have some TLC AND IT WOULD BE 5 star.

This is a great family house on a beautiful island. It easily sleeps 8 adults plus 2 children. The beds were very comfortable. Great kitchen; we love to cook and made breakfast every morning plus steamed PEI mussels and sautéed island scallops for dinner one night. Great TV room, family room, dining room. I strongly recommend. You will love it.
