I love the location of the house, it’s by the river and every window has beautiful views. The house is in a convenient location and it looks cozy and relaxing.

This was a wonderful cottage right on the river! We had a lovely time and it was very clean. We had a couple of questions and the response time was immediate. We really enjoyed it!

The home was wonderful! We were able to walk down to the river, and there’s a fireplace outside for s’mores! The beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to leave!

Very comfortable and well maintained cottage on the river. Everything was as described. Quiet location. Worked great as a base camp to see the Portland area and beyond.

Visited this area with a group of friends. Recently switched to VRBO so their policies were new to me. No communication about check in procedures even though I sent messages to owner. Luckily a friend suggested using the last four digits of my phone number and that worked. VRBO was not helpful either.House is as pretty. Needed dusting and windows needed cleaning. Kitchen had lots of plates, cups, etc. The dishwasher leaked.River view is gorgeous but difficult to access.Fire pit is far down and not set up for more than two people to enjoy. Front lawn is great for outdoor games. Not sure if we’d rent again but definitely not through VRBO.

This property is everything it says it is and more. Super cozy and very clean. The river view is amazing.The kitchen was great, all the necessities you needed to cook a meal or two.Beds were comfortable and linens were nice. We would definitely rent this property again.

We were in town for a wedding and found this wonderfully charming place perfect for my family. This cottage was appointed with everything we needed, clean and picturesque And we with circling recommend this location for anyone looking for a peaceful relaxing time in the Clackamas area. Was very happy with the home and its location. We were visiting our daughter in Portland and it was 20 minutes from downtown. Home was also a great place to visit in a beautiful cozy atmosphere. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with all our cooking needs and home was very clean.And the view of the river was beautiful. Loved all the windows.

The views are lovely, the decor is quaint, but I would not stay here again. For the price, it should have been clean. The whole house could stand a deep cleaning - cobwebs in every corner, brown (formerly white) bathroom grout, visible dust bunnies and dust covering vent registers. We were constantly harassed by stink bugs, climbing in through drafty window seals and flying about. It didn’t feel clean. Lighting was also very dim throughout the home, except for the kitchen. It’s got potential, but needs a deep clean to make it worth its price.
