93 HIBISCUS COTTAGE is a lovely, bright cottage 150 yards from the glorious caribbean sea.
It comprises of 3 double bedrooms, lounge, 2 bathrooms and a large patio.
Bedroom 1 has a queen size, 5ft bed, ceiling fan and ample wardrobe space. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds that convert into superking size 6ft beds. These bedrooms have ceilings fans AIR CON please remember this is charged for, AIR CON 10 hours 9 us per night for all bedrooms , total weekly 63 us. if you use itThere is ample wardrobe space.
There are two bathrooms with walk in showers.
The lounge is light and airy, with two large comfortable sofas, easy chair, coffee tables and smart TV you are able to watch Netflix ect.
The kitchen is well fitted out and provides all the amenities and equipment for an easy self catering holiday. The kitchen leads out onto a large, attractive alfresco, covered dining area comfortably seating 6/8 people. This patio is surrounded by a private tropical garden.

From the garden, a gate leads across the road to the beaches and BEACH CLUB privately owned club that can be used at leisure. It has a 50ft swimming pool, sun shades, sun loungers, changing and shower facilites. It also boasts The Beach House, a lovely beachside restaurant and bar.

The cottage also has 2 studios attached, forming an L shape. These each sleep 2 people have ceiling fans and a/c and have private use of the front garden. these can be rented separately.

All windows have mosquito netting and bars to allow for a constant cooling breeze to flow through.

93 HIBISCUS AVENUE is situated in Sunset Crest, Holetown, St James. The erea is is known as The Platinum Coast and is famed for its silver sands and sparkling blue sea.

There is plenty of diversity to entertain everyone, and beautiful walks along the beach or across lush tropical golf courses and parks. 1
Close by are a supermarket. The famous Chattel Village with tropical fashions and local arts and crafts.

The prestigeous Lime Grove and Bar is a step further on with its designer shops, restaurants and cafes, ice cream parlours, grocers, delicatesans and luxury cinemas.
On the beaches and along the coast are a great variety of eateries and bars for all tastes.

Tbe Sunset Medical Centre is a few metres from the cottage and open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

PLEASE note Barbados government have added a room tax
of $2.50 us per bedroom, per night. this will be collected from you in Barbados.

    We had a wonderful stay with Wendy. It’s a beautiful space in an incredibly convenient location—everything is within walking distance.Wendy greeted us personally, and every question was answered promptly. The house was spotless, and the kitchen was well equipped. Janice, the housekeeper, came by a few times to change the towels, refresh the sheets once, and tidy up the space.The pool, located just across the road, was also spotless and made a lovely change from the beach now and then.Overall, this was far more than I expected from a self-catering property!

    Found this property after a few day search for other VRBO’s. We contacted Wendy to inquire about the listing and to ask about a large family. We have 5 kids plus us two adults. Wendy was very accommodating and assisted with getting an extra bed for our 7th person. After a long day of travel it was refreshing to get into the property with no issues. Very clear instructions from the host. We did rent a vehicle from the airport for ease of exploring the island. It would be nice if the parking area was a bit easier to get into, instead of having to open and close a gate. We asked about the parking and Wendy advised us that the parking lot right at the back door is a good place to use as well. We parked our vehicle in the parking lot for the entire trip. The area was fantastic, the weather was beautiful. If we had any issues Wendy was very quick to respond to our questions or requests.beautiful.

    We had a comfortable two week stay at the villa. Lovely clean tidy pool within easy reach. Very handy for buses into and out of town. Everything that you might need is within easy walking distance. Wendy, Jeanette, Mark all very friendly and helpful.We appreciated being able to leave our luggage in a safe place as we had a late flight on departure.We enjoyed the birds and the monkeys too as we sat on the patio having breakfast.

    excellent in all respects. Property, information, etc all really good. Location is particularly good with cafes, bars and shops close by but in particular, access to the Beach Club, over the road was a real positive.

    The property is well located. Walking distance to Limegrove, Massy Supermarket, Chattel Village and restaurants. Easy access to highways, if renting a car, or just for walking and enjoy the West Coast tranquility. The cleaner, Ms. Janice is very helpful. Instant communication with Wendy, the property manager for any assistance. Overall we had a good time! Barbados is a fabulous destination which we know very well.
