Ocean Grove Cottage

This was our third stay at this lovely home and it continues to be perfect for our needs. We’ve found it difficult to find a dog-friendly rental with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor, let alone one as comfortable, clean, and well-appointed as this one. We’ve always felt very safe and secure at this location - the area is quiet and we’ve never had an issue being able to park right out front. The house has been exceptionally clean for every visit and we’ve just always felt comfortable here. The kitchen has everything you need from a coffee maker that brews by the pot or the cup to a dishwasher, and an ice maker. The living room smart TV is great, allowing you to sign into your own streaming apps (or add one that might be missing) for those moments when you want to watch a movie or catch a game. And the owner could not be easier to work with - his communication is great as he provides all of the information you need upfront. He’s also super responsive if you have questions or issues. We’re grateful to have found this home and hope to continue to visit for years to come. Very highly recommend.

Second time staying here second time enjoying every second of it. Amazing location by beach and restaurants, comfortable space, everything you could want in the kitchen. Super clean. Host was very responsive and kind. Really enjoy staying here when we visit the shore.

The home was comfortable in size, very clean, plenty amenities. Having two bathroom and outside shower. Parking was easy. Central air in all rooms. Ocean Grove is a great beach vacation. Coffee machine can make 6 cups or more, you also-have Keurig coffee feature to make coffee.

We booked the property months in advance and couldn’t wait for our Jersey Shore beach trip. Bill made everything super easy; reached out beforehand with thorough instructions, the house was extremely clean and the location was great for beach and town access. Having beach badges was so helpful as well. We had a great family trip!

Very comfortable, very convenient. An easy walk to the beach. And a very well equipped kitchen. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions I had.

The cottage was very clean with a modern kitchen with all amenities, 2 updated bathrooms and a lovely enclosed porch. The town itself is very quaint and quiet. We were able to easily walk to the beach. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We would most definitely stay here again.

Quiet, clean cozy place with many nooks to enjoy such as front porch, 2 outdoor seating areas and updated bathrooms and kitchen. Although we didn't BBQ or cook, all the needed equipment was available. We appreciated Bill's timely and thorough communication! The area itself is unique and each home, garden and corner holds a delightful feast for the eyes with plantings and whimsical decorations. People in town are welcoming and friendly, and of course the beach in Summer can't be beat.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Ocean Grove cottage. The space was clean, well-equipped, and surprisingly roomy for a cottage. It's located close to the main entrance of town, but since Ocean Grove is only a square mile, everything—from the beach to shops and restaurants—is an easy walk away. As former homeowners here, we're very familiar with the charm and historic character of this special town, and this cottage fit right in. One of the best parts was that it's pet-friendly, so we were able to bring our dog along for the trip. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. We would absolutely stay here again!

Communication was great. The bungalow was clean and comfy. Quiet neighborhood, safe and walkable. Close to the boardwalk.

This was our second stay at this charming cottage. The house is clean and has everything needed for a comfortable visit. We opted to have the linens provided and were delighted to see the beds were made when we arrived. The location is quiet and it’s quick to everything in Ocean Grove. And Bill is a wonderful host - impeccable communication and very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Great location within walking distance to the beach and town. Quiet neighborhood perfect for walking around to see the gardens and architecture. Wide beaches with a jetty that spouts water high into the air. Free parking at the beach. Plenty of benches and bathrooms on promenade/ boardwalk. Loved the homey cottage which had everything we needed. I will choose it again.

This property is PERFECT for meeting up with family and relaxing, it has a very homey feel and vibe. The cottage is very clean, not too far from beach. Quiet. House is sooo very charming and warm. Bill the host is a very quick responder,communicator ..We WILL BEBACKanfriendlt. Very much recommemd.

It's the ideal place for a getaway. Conveniently near the beach (at the end of the block), Main Avenue, and some excellent restaurants. The house was spotless and well-maintained.

Ocean Grove is a wonderful family friendly community and it was especially nice to vacation there the week of the 4th of July 2024! The community planned so many delightful special events throughout the week. The cottage was convenient to the beach, attractions, shopping and more. We really enjoyed the outdoor court yard for eating and gathering for family times. The environment was clean and was equipped with everything a guest could possibly need to make a week stay easy and comfortable. One thing that would be helpful is to add outdoor step and shower safety railings for senior guests. The owner, was extremely helpful, addressing all questions and even provided text reminders during our stay. We loved having the courtesy beach badges provided since the highlight of the vacation was the beach for our 10 year. Our family would highly recommend staying at this location and cottage. We left with wonderful memories of a week spent in a magical historic vacation destination that transports one back to gentler Era.

Perfect place to walk to the beach, stroll through the picturesque town, or walk off a great meal in Asbury on the way back. Quiet area with room to sit and play games in the evening. Incredibly clean and well appointed kitchen. Will definitely return!

This Ocean Grove cottage is nicely furnished with super comfy beds and couches. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Ocean Grove is a charming town with a long history as a Methodist prayer camp. We enjoyed our visit.
