Stayed Sep 21, 2025The property is filthy from front door all the way through. Theres a bad smell. The toaster was full of mouldy bread crumbs. The tops of all units thick with dust. The bedside tables hanging off wall and no paint on. Mould around windows and ceiling. Behind toilet was filthy shower blicked with mould. We had to clean it to make it feel clean enough to sleep in.Description very musleading. Luckily weather good so went out early eeach day and returned late so didnt have to spend time there we would have left after first day if the weather hadnt been good you would never let anyone sleep on the sofa bedWe cleaned the shower head blocked with mould so that the water could flow out

Stayed Jun 1, 2019Advertised as homely cottage, was in fact block of maisonettes.Bedroom had smell of urine/garlic all week even sprayed room every time we went out ,strange sock full of something and empty container under bed ,marks on bed sheets and small sink in kitchen leaking.I walk barefoot at home but unable to as sand on floor and made my feet black .Skirting boards and around bath need cleaning photos taken .Advertised as Burnham on sea was right in Bream by Pontins .will never stay here again as felt I was rehomed not in a homely cottage ,The whole family were unhappy perhaps I should have booked us into the holiday park as this would probably be better maintained.
