Lovely cottage , but possums in roof kept us awake

My husband and I were well overdue for a weekend of R & R. Norma's Place was perfect for this. Great location within walking distance of the main street and a short drive to the wineries. The cottage was well appointed, cosy and comfortable. Thanks for hosting us.

Outstanding. From the moment we arrived it was clear that Fay had thought about everything a weary traveller would want. The heater was on, the fire was ready to light, there was food for breakfast milk in the fridge, coffee and a coffee press. Cozy and well appointed, from the bath robes to the ample towels and candles, even bath salts.We fell in love with this beautiful little cottage and know it will be our go-to when visiting the Barossa. We’re already planning our next trip!

We had a wonderful experience at the cosy cottage with lots of character. Everything was well considered, from the thoughtful gifts to quality breakfast supplies and fresh fruits. We enjoyed the beautiful gardens and the fireplace was a real treat! Great location too. Highly recommend!

Quiet ,Cosy,lovely fireplace,a real little home . Tucked in backstreet of Tanunda so short walk To all the restaurants/shops. Garden is also delightful .

The cottage ẁas in a perfect location, just a short walk to all the restaurants and cafes.It was old, but had everything we needed and we loved all the small extra touches supplied by the owner. There was wine and chocolates on arrival, along with fresh fruit and and the basics (salt, pepper, oil etc).We also loved the fireplace.The only downside was there was no wifi and my partners phone didn't get any reception in the house. I therefore used a lot of data on my phone sharing it and streaming music when we had a night in. Overall though a fantastic place to stay and I highly recommend this cottage.

We were fortunate to stay at Norma’s Cottage and cannot believe how lucky we were. I saw the great reviews and wondered how accurate they were… well they’re true. The extra mile our wonderful and thoughtful host has gone to is just incredible. I’m sure I’ll think of many more wonderful things I could have said later, but just trust me, this beautiful cottage in this lovely town is such a treat.

Wonderful old cottage that was cosy and welcoming. Wonderful touches like books, breakfast provisions, wine and even some chocloate to go with the port. Faye is s wonderful host and had thought of everything, we can't wait to return.

Norma's Place is a cosy, well-appointed cottage in a quiet street in old Tanunda. The thoughtful host has supplied many welcome touches to this very comfortable piece of Barossa history. Close to everything, it is the perfect home-base to stay and explore everything the region has to offer. Highly recommended for couples and extended stays.
