NEW...Lido Key Cottage

The cottage was exactly what we were looking for. Walking distance to the beach and kayak launch. Everything needed was supplied in the house.

This cottage was clean but has no internet. We were unable to use any of the TVs for downtime or connect laptops. The host read messages regarding and did not respond or direct. The rules were ridiculous regarding cleaning and I felt like I wasn’t on vacation and certainly shouldn’t have owed a few for cleaning or admin and feel with these it was overpriced.

Everything was perfect with our stay at this property ! The cleanliness, amenities, and proximity to the public beach and St. Armond's shops/restaurants left us wanting for nothing more. Check in and communication with the property manager were great. She was quick to respond to any needs we had, which were few. We did not utilize the pool on site, but it looked clean and refreshing. The beach items for guest use were perfect !Some tips: I recommend checking in during the day if possible, as the complex is a bit dark and unit is a bit tricky to find on the first try (easy access once you know where it is), but is really not super hard to find. As of May 1, the public beach access on the south end of the Lido Resort was closed to what appeared to be non-guest of the resort, but a short walk north of this resort put you in the parking area for the public beach park which wasn't too bad, just overcrowded. If you wish to shy away from the crowds, we found another public beach access on the south side of the Ritz resort. In this area we had a bit more of a relaxing day and access to the Lido tiki bar. The beach chairs and wagon make either of these areas super easy to access within a 10 minute or less walk. Would definitely recommend this stay for a couple or small family !

We enjoyed this cottage, clean, quiet, great location.The island has great beaches and restaurants.

This is a perfectly nice property with a very poor property manager. To start with, the welcome information did not include the access code, so we were locked out until we could get ahold of the manager. The information listed the wrong WiFi network and password. It said that the trash dumpster was located east of the yellow building, and there was no yellow building in sight. The parking space was not identified (as the letter said) and the. Instructions for locking the door from the outside were written with some other lock in mind, so we were never able to lock the door when leaving. In short, this property is a fine place, but the management needs to be replaced.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We brought our bikes, kept them safe inside the screened in porch, and rode them to the beach and the circle. The area is quiet, the pool was well maintained and having a washer and dryer on site was invaluable for our month’s stay. We loved it there!

Diann is a Super Host. Check-in seamless. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, quiet setting. We'll gladly stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely cottage. It’s perfectly located with the beach, restaurants and St Armand’s Key all within walking distance. It was perfect for our stay, a short drive from the airport and so easy to communicate with the host. We will be coming back!!
