Location matters and 533 Cobby Creek Lane is in the heart of the quiet enclave Tarpon Pond neighborhood only a short 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive to the beach, Seabrook Island Club, Golf, and the Beach Club.

The cottage offers an open first floor plan with a great room with vaulted ceiling, 65” flatscreen TV with Sonos soundbar, sunroom with spectacular views, a contemporary galley kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, surfaces, and amenities, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Both bedrooms have king beds, flatscreen TVs with the master bedroom enjoying its own private and newly finished bath while bedroom 2 guests have access to the second fully remodeled full bath.

The second floor entails a spacious loft complete with 2 twin beds, each with matching trundles that expand sleeping capacity. Second floor guests have their own tastefully appointed full bath that also houses the brand-new washer/dryer. This is a unique space that guest with children rave about.
Other special living spaces guests enjoy including a nice deck overlooking Cobby Creek Lane and a patio space located on the ground level complete with an outdoor sectional couch with tranquil views of Tarpon Pond and Ocean Winds golf course.

AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards are available and offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. They are $55/day for your family. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool.

ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45 per vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) count as a vehicle. This property has a maximum of 2 vehicle passes that can issued. The $45 charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.

CHECK IN: Sandpiper provides self-check-in for your convenience via a keypad or lockbox at the property, but we are always available to provide as much assistance as you need. We are on the island and always just a text or call away.

    My son, I and his friend enjoyed this Cobby Creek cottage with a view of golf course. It was perfect for the three of us and our two dogs. We really enjoyed the sunroom. The circular neighborhood is perfect for bike riding with the kids. We enjoyed horseback riding at the equestrian center and shopping in Fresh Fields. Loved the separate living area upstairs for teens to hang out.
