New Listing! Style Meets the Sea 1st floor living, 2 3br 1 ba

We stayed here with our 3 kids. Clair was a very good host, and responded quickly to any questions I had. Pros: quick response, near the beach, near convinience stores, A/C in each room, parking provided for 1 car, and has an outdoor bbq and patio area / outdoor yard. Cons: the space is a little humid and not very updated (not much space to put your clothing, and dishware was very limited). It would have been nice to have a dishwasher and laundry room (however this was mentioned in her amenities). Make sure to bring your towels, sheets and dish towels for your convinience as none are provided.

The place is fine, but it could use some upgrades. The previous post that mentioned the need for fans was accurate. We brought two box fans, which helped, but I should not have to. You need to bring everything, including dish towels and a sponge. They left me a dirty/used sponge to clean dishes.

My daughter and I loved our stay at Wildwood. We were close to the boardwalk and walked everywhere. I was glad for the off street parking. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is very damp, musty, and dark. There were ants everywhere inside and outside. The air conditioners didn’t do much to keep the place from being damp and barely cooled off with the required limit of 72 degrees. We used this as a place to shower and sleep as we had friends staying close. The bed information on the listing was different from the email I got the day before check in.

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage, perfect for our family of 4. Close enough to the beach but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. I would recommend putting an a. In the bedroom with the bunk or a ceiling fan. My daughters were hot in the evenings.Having to bring linens and towels was kind of a pain, but Clair did offer me a linen service for a few. Would stay here again

This place was the perfect size and price for what we needed!

I’d like to commend the property owner on being very responsive and helpful. I emailed her several times and she responded and resolved the issues quickly. But, there’s no denying that this is an old property. It has had some obvious upgrades, like new flooring but it is still old. Most frustrating to us was the fact that it always felt damp. If we hung out towels to dry, they never dried completely. There are air conditioning units but they don’t help to remove the damp feeling. Also, the bathroom has no fan so it adds to this. There was no place to hang a towel within the bathroom for a hand washing towel. The unit has a well equipped kitchen and small refrigerator/refrigerator so you can cook meals. Cleanup is a little difficult as it only has a small basin sink. The property is located about 4 blocks from the boardwalk in a nice straight shot. We enjoyed the chairs outside to sit on the front porch. If this property was not so damp we would stay again.

Great little house, especially for a family. A gew blocks to the beach/boardwalk. The community yard was a differentiator for us allowing kids a space to unwind and play when hanging at the house. Only opportunity for improvement was the beds were not very comfortable and we didn't have internet on the wifi while we were there. Might have been an Optimum issue that the owners couldn't control.

We had such a wonderful time. The place was close to everything, boardwalk, beach. The owner is very nice . We Would stay here again ?

Close to the beach.. roomy enough for 6. Nice stay. The only negative was that you could hear the upstairs residents walking around.
