    First impression was surprise, we did not realize the rental is actually attached to another property (duplex), so we thought we were at the wrong location. The unit is at the rear of the building with full time residents up front. The owners were very communicative and apologized for any confusion. After the surprise wore off, we did enjoy waking to the sounds of chickens, goats and seeing them walk around on the property. We stayed stayed for a week, if you stay this long, make sure to bring cooking supplies if you’re particular. The selection is random, but useful. Note that you do need to get out of the car 2x each time to arrive, to open / close the gates.

    We had a great time on this “farm stay”. We enjoyed the animals and turkey vultures! The owner was very helpful with a few requests and fixes.
