Stayed Oct 25, 2024the window blinds, had been misfit to the windows and most had broken slates. an over abundance of Alexa devices. a law suit in the future for the sidewalk steps up to the door. never got the keypad to unlock the front door but the code may have been wrong since the wifi password was wrong in that same email, good thing the notebook binder on the table had the correct password. the bidets are unnecessary, don't think that is what people are expecting in this property. 2 vehicles can be parked on the street but only if they are compact vehicles otherwise park down the street. the location is everything!!!

Stayed May 2, 2024The location was perfect for a Derby weekend, walkable distance for us. Amenities were nice, lovely charcueterie boards to greet us with wine and sparkling grape juice.

Stayed Apr 11, 2024The property was perfect for our needs. We had an event to attend and this was within 5-10 minutes of the event. The only concerns were that the dishes were not all clean and the back door was open upon our arrival. So we were a bit concerned about safety upon our arrival but after checking it out and locking the doors and windows we felt fine.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is among the top 5 vacation houses that we've ever rented that was spotlessly clean and fresh. It seems the house underwent a recent renovation as well as a major upgrade in electronics. The whole house was connected to Apple's Alexa. From the kitchen's brand new fridge with a large door digital display panel to the bathrooms' speakers, to most of the ceilings lights and lamps. At times, we were a bit overwhelmed with so much technology, trying to say the proper commands to turn something on or off or having to override the command manually. And frankly a bit suspect of so many devices perhaps looking in. But again, overall the house was super clean, nicely decorated and welcoming.
