The cottage is arranged over three floors and has plenty of space to comfortably accommodate eight guests. On the ground floor you'll find a tastefully furnished living room which has two big sofas and a Smart TV. This floor also has a separate dining room with a beautiful bay window, a small sun room which opens out to the courtyard, and a modern amply equipped kitchen where you can rustle up home-cooked meals. Upstairs and laid out over two floors, the cottage's four bedrooms are light, bright and contemporary, with three bathrooms to ensure there's no waiting in line to de-sand after your day at the beach.

The gorgeous sandy beaches of Porthmeor and Porthminster lie within a ten-minute walk from the front door so for those in search of a holiday filled with swimming, surfing and sunbathing, it's ideal. Nearby, the South West Coast Path offers even more opportunity for outdoorsy escapades, with the walk to Clodgy Point offering views right across the bay en-route. Carbis Bay is also easily reached on foot, and this section of the coast path affords more stunning sea views in the other direction. For families looking to keep the younger members of the clan entertained, Paradise Park Wildlife Sanctuary and Jungle Barn indoor play centre are less than 20 minutes' drive, and for those with older children in tow, Coast 2 Coast Karting (also less than 20 minutes' drive) is a fun-fuelled day out.

    Just a few minutes away from the shops and beach. Rooms were very modern and clean. We were unsure about parking space at the rugby club and host sorted it quickly.

    Beautiful property in a good location. Immaculate inside with very good facilities.. Car park spot is a bit far away but still useful. Will definitely stay again..

    Lovely spacious house, set over 3 floors. Lovely and clean and located just a stones throw away from the RNLI on the front. Perfect for what we needed.
