Stayed Aug 30, 2025We did not stay here. The communication was terrible and when we arrived to Sedona I called host because i did not receive keys or communication on arriving and they told me they had canceled however I never received any notification on them canceling nor did they call me to tell. I called them and host proceeded to tell me he is already booked and that he doesn’t work with VRBO. I’m not sure what went wrong but I told him it doesn’t show he canceled and I called VRBO and told host about not seeing cancellation it was then received my refund email.
