Stayed Nov 28, 2025We LOVED our time in Flagstaff. This home was surprisingly spacious and expertly decorated. We felt like we were in a model home. There were so many lovely touches (like the tv art exhibit), the cozy decor, the super fresh linens and towels. (What kind of soap do you use?! lol!) Anyway, we enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony upstairs, and warm snuggles in the master suite downstairs. We definitely plan to spend time here again. being that we were two females, it was also really nice to have an alarm system at the house. It made us feel extra safe. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Jul 20, 2025We loved the property. The house itself was beautiful and so was its location. The code to the front door apparently times out as it did not work when we arrived and would not work when we left, but worked at all times in between. There are plenty of tvs in the house, but most of the profiles are locked preventing you from being able to be sign into them, which was a little annoying. The house is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans and spices making it easy to cook your own meals if you choose to do so. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This property was perfect for the (4) of us.... my daughter and son in-law were very comfortable on the second floor with the separate bedroom, full bath, and TV room. The first-floor master, bathroom, kitchen and dining area worked out great for us (the older folks). The home was very clean, modern, and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would have given this property a 5-star rating but for a few things that could have been better. Due to our travel plans we attempted to arrange for a slightly earlier access time (2 PM instead of 4 PM). This did not happen. The cleaning crew did not vacate the home until 4 PM. We had to find other things to do for about 2 to 3 hours while we waited. Upon attempting to enter the home, the keylock code we were given in advance did not work. Fortunately, I had the phone # of our Evolve contact and she provided us with a new one. The TV on the first floor sitting area was very small. It seems like it would be a minor expense for the owners to upgrade to a larger TV in that area. Especially for a family that enjoys watching TV together in the evenings. I would recommend this property to others planning to vacation in Flagstaff.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Walking in, we were delighted with the decor. We thought we were in a model home. It is a newer home in top notch condition. Everything you might need is provided. The backyard borders on National forest land with a lovely patio. It far exceeded our expectations! We hope to return another time.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our host was accommodating and that was appreciated. Initially, We couldn’t get in the house as the cleaning service did not change the code. The neighbors were a bit too close for our preference. Compared to our other Vrbos for this vacation, this fell short.

Stayed Jul 14, 2023The house is beautiful. New and very clean. The interior is decorated very nicely. The exterior and setting was not what we expected. The neighbors are within feet of the back patio and there is a extreme drop off right off the cement slab back porch. Our host was very accommodating as we had issues getting into the house as the lock was not changed for us. Probably won’t stay here just because it was too busy and I didn’t realize this was a new housing development.
