Stayed May 3, 2025The home was just as stated. It was neat and clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was open. The bathrooms were simple and clean. We were a bit taken aback by the location of the home which was sat squarely in a commercial area. There were hotels across the street but neighbors to either side were all commercial. It is located on the strip of land between two one way streets towards the end of the division. It is only a block from the beach, but you must cross a busy street to walk there.The home was located just blocks from where we needed/wanted to be so it worked well for us.

Stayed Mar 5, 2025I should preface this with the fact that we were not familiar with the area of Cocoa Beach - the property was located in.Based on the photos, we weren’t quite expecting the location. The photos show lawn chairs out front of the property entrance, but when we pulled in at 9pm at night we were surprised to find it was a commercial property refurb, with the entire front of the property being a paved parking lot.The interior was exactly as shown in the photos, but since the property was in a predominantly commercial district right by the road and busy sidewalk that it felt like being in a fishbowl when the shades weren’t all closed.The property was very convenient to the beach and restaurants. It was generally spotless, with the exception of one bathroom smelling slightly.

Stayed Jan 17, 2025Stayed the weekend to meet a friend and this was an easy half way point. The weather was cold so we weren’t going to the beach but it’s a quick walk away. In nice weather the beach would have been easy to get to. Really liked the place, nice area to relax in and the bedrooms are very spacious and comfy.
