The apartment features a picturesque double bedroom, a living room with a dining area, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette with a breakfast area, equipped with an electric oven,microwave, coffee machine, and kettle. Exclusively for guests, there is also a large living room with a TV and relaxation area, a study with a work area, and high-speed WiFi.

Outside, guests can enjoy a large patio furnished with garden furniture, a BBQ, and a laundry area.

The Liberty-style (Art Nouveau) villa was built at the end of the 1800s as a residence for aristocratic English tourists exploring the Riviera and has been completely renovated to restore it to its best condition.

The lower floor houses the private quarters of the caretaker, who lives on the property with his young daughter and dog. They are accustomed to cohabitation and do not interact with guests. The caretaker is available for information and assistance.

In the last century, the villa was used as a laboratory for the production of perfumes and cosmetic products inspired by the Riviera dei Fiori, including the sun oil Meine Sonne, marketed in Italy and abroad.
