Grindon is a lovely stone built village and less than two miles away is the lovely village of Butterton, which has a butchers, pub and a Post Office. Further afield, is the market town of Ashbourne and as an added bonus, Alton Towers is just a thirty minute drive away. Grindon is the perfect base to explore this part of the Peak District National Park.
