Very cute, little cottage. Had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, they were soft and comfy. Perfect location. Only down side is there is no closet space to hang up clothes. Communication we great.

Directly in center of Geneva on the lake!Very roomy space, clean.Loved the ceiling fans to keep it cool with moving AC air throughout cottage.Had keurig combo pods and regular coffee maker.Plenty of towels/shampoo/soaps/TP. Would definitely stay again.

Great property right on the strip! Was very clean and the perfect space for our stay in Geneva.

I can't speak highly enough of this property. I was in town to deal with a family emergency and wanted someplace affordable. When I saw it had a kitchen I was on board. I saved a ridiculous amount of money just being able to make my own meals. And the property itself is very clean, and very cozy. I caught myself saying I was going home after day 2. Matt, the property manager, was just incredibly helpful and he got back to me very quickly if I had any questions. I was here in February, when the main strip is shut down, so it was a perfect quiet oasis for me. If you are here in summer, then it is smack dab in the middle of everything.

Easy to find cottage with free parking. Good for 2 couples or a couple with kids (2 bedrooms with 2 large beds). Has all amenities, just needs some update of the furniture (old sofas and kitchen furniture). Otherwise good for a short stay.

In General we loved it , especially the location. Only complaint was - going barefoot indoors , our feet were black-dirty floors...

This property was wonderful. Right on the strip. Very clean. Sofa was worn, but it wasn't needed.

Nice stay! I had some issues figuring out the internet and they were very responsive and prompt to help me out. Great customer service and clean property.

I used to live in Geneva and moved away and come back about three or four times a year. This time I stayed here. The first thing you noticed is that it’s a construction zone. There’s like big, heavy machinery and big like sewer pipes, and things like that all over the property, so that was really kind of a turn off. The house on the inside was very nice very clean, right down on Geneva on the lake. I mean it’s right in the middle of everything if you’re wanting the tourist thing and it’s very very close to the lake!

It was clean and in a great location. Our only issue was the beds. I could feel the springs in the mattress so it wasn’t really all that comfortable anmd the key pad didn’t aleast open when we put our code in so it took some time to get in each time. Everything else was great. We didn’t realize it was Thunder on The Strip when we booked so it was pretty noisy all day and night but that’s on us. Check the calendars before booking! . Owner was easy to communicate with and everything is in walking distance for a nice weekend on the strip!

This space was perfect. Extremely clean. The check in process could not have been easier. Communication with the property manager couldn't have been better. The location is perfect, right on the strip and within walking distance to any and everything you could possibly want or need. Highly recommend this one!

Arrived at 4:00 and cabin had not been cleaned. Called owner and he said he sent email to let us know it wasn’t cleaned. So driving I don’t get emails the owner so should always send a text so we receive this information right away. We could have planed for the delay. It is a pet friendly cottage which is ok but couch was covered and between the cushions with dog hair. It was right on the strip which was ok to walk to everything but if you’re looking for a quiet stay this is not it. The cabin in back would be better.

Stayed her for my Bach weekend. Right on the strip so everything was in walking distance! Beds were comfy. Nice and clean. 10/10 would recommend!

Great Location, very clean, nice to have a full kitchen, and great that it allows Dogs. easy to find, and not super close to other places so a little noise was not a factor. We had a full house 7 of us , and 2 dogs. the space was adequate, but the bedrooms did get a little stuffy at night. the beds were very comfy. loved the little table and chairs to play games we brought as a family. but it did wobble a bit, we put a pack of cards under it to steady it, it worked.one of the mattresses on the pull out couch does need replaced, its very flat and feels like you sleep on the springs. the bathroom is perfect, a deep soaking tub, and nice hot water. overall we had a really great trip to the lake we would stay there again.

Property management was amazing and fast to reply. Very clean and super comfortable. Shower handle seized up and they had a maintenance man there within the hour and had it fixed with in two hours. Cleaning people stopped by weekly to see if we needed anything since we stayed for over three weeks.10 out of 10 hands down! Will definitely be renting from one of their many properties again!

Communication with property management could have been better. The walking distance to things was very good. The entertainment around the strip was good.

This cottage was perfect for a month-long stay while I worked in the area. Clean. Comfortable. Pretty. Quiet. It was walking distance to local bars and restaurants. I only wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Was in town for a 4 day swim meet.Stayed in a hotel the previous year but wanted a little more personable home like feel.Great location with all the comforts of home.Will stay again for sure the next time we are in the area!….highly recommend!

Exactly as pictured,had everything we needed right down to the fire extinguisher.

Property was as listed. Would recommend it to others & would stay there again just less snow this time 😆. Even in the cold winter the house was very accommodating.

Very clean right on the strip close to everything this property owner thought of everything you need nothing but your cloths had a great time in the bars and doing the Christmas bar crawl great watching the football game with cleveland browns fans

Just perfect for our needs. The place was clean as a whistle, nicely decorated, and very thought out for a small space! Beds were very comfortable with nice fresh linens. I would definitely stay again. We travel with a dog kennel and there was plenty of room to set it up. Lovely spacious bathroom as well. Right on the strip.

This little cottage has all you could need for a short stay in Geneva-on-the-Lake! Stocked kitchen, tvs in each room, and a nice location. The place could’ve been cleaned a little better before we got there (it was very dusty and some dishes were dirty), but that was minor.

Cottage was clean and comfortable. Right on the strip. All strip locations were easily walkable. Just a short drive to Geneva (lots of beautiful wineries) and State Park with beautiful beach. Plenty of towels/pillows. Well stocked kitchen. No closets for hanging items. We did not use A/C or pull out beds so can't comment on those. Freezer dripped into fridge and out on to the floor so we had to put a towel down. Owner responsive to messages. Good communication. Right across from night club so it was very loud Friday and Saturday nights.

Perfect location for any stay at GOTL! Plenty of room and well stocked kitchen! The host was super easy to work with! Air conditioner on the wall does leak and will cause a puddle but other than that it was an AMAZING STAY

We stayed at Stripside Cottage for the weekend and it was great. An ideal location. Within walking distance to everything. There were 2 of us and the cottafe was perfect for us!

Everything was comfy & clean! I think the place was nicer than the pictures from what I remembered. One of the better stocked places we’ve stayed. Lots of kitchen utensils. It was nice the coffee pot was a dual brewer- either k cups or make a pot.very nice they left out more than just a couple of k cups. Although we didn’t need. Plenty of linens and towels like a previous review stated. We did take our fur babies and it was a perfect stay with them. Decent furniture but nothing too nice that you’d be worried they might ruin. Pretty sturdy for pets or rowdy adults. Decor was beachy and fun!

My family comes to GOTL for an annual reunion. in all there are 20+ or - of us from all over the country. My sister and I booked this cabin, for the beach access, outdoor areas, pet friendly, and clean cabin aspects that were listed. Most of what was advertised held up but, beach access is a joke. There is path with an iron stair case that takes you down a serious incline to the lake access. If you are adventurous or crazy you go down, the serious incline of a 'path' on a sketchy rusted staircase that has something living behind it, and are tipping dangerously to the west. At the waters edge, your meet with a good 7 ft drop and a series of cement pylons. No way to get actually get to the lake. One of our reasons to book this location. There is no real outside area for this cabin. There is a great are if your staying in back. Outside entertaining area was another of our reasons for booking. So all in all, too much money for to little.
