Luxury Beach Cottage for Families on the North Shore of Anna Maria Island

House was very well equipped, clean and super close to the beach. It is quiet and beautiful. Renting a golf cart is a must for extra fun! Pool was amazing.

We had the most amazing stay over thanksgiving, everything was absolutely perfect !Beautiful beach cottage with 2 huge bedrooms for the adults with very comfy beds, and a room with 2 bunks which the kids loved, especially watching movies in bed as a treat :) The kitchen had everything we needed and more.The pool was lovely and warm with plenty of beach towels provided and a dreamy outdoor shower ! Thank you for such a fantastic stay we hope to return soon :)

The home was beautiful and very well appointed. The kitchen had everything you would want including some basic spices. Going to the beach was easy because the house had towels, chairs, toys, umbrellas and coolers. Thank you for thinking of everything.

Absolutely the best stay in AMI! Perfect location, close to bean point and Pine ave. The house is perfect sized, super clean and very well equipped! Communication was smooth :) all praises , we had a wonderful time !!

This is the perfect home for a couple, friends, or family. It was clean and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The outdoor amenities (pool, outdoor shower, and grill/patio) were spot on! And location.....you absolutely can not beat the location of this property! We would 100% book another stay here for out next trip to AMI.

I enjoyed this home with 3 friends and it was perfect in every important way! Clean: It was very clean and for being next to the beach no sand on the floor, was pretty amazing. Comfort: All beds, linens, towels were good quality and comfortable Location: North End of AMI is the best and beach access is right across the street. Functional and Well Appointed: This home has tons of seating and the kitchen is the heart of the home. The finishes and attention to detail are well above a standard vacay home. Stocked: beach chairs, pool towels, games, books and entertainment items. Pool/Outdoor Shower: Pool was lovely and outdoor shower is great for not tracking sand in the house or the pool. Communication was good and timely. We all said we can't wait to get back. Would be great for a big family.

Enjoyed our stay, house was in a great location, easy walk to the beach. It was clean an updated and the pool was private and nice as well. Kids used the 2 bikes provided which was a perk as well.

We had a fantastic trip! The house is perfect! The location is great - minutes from the beach. It was an easy walk. We did bring a beach wagon with us that proved to be most helpful. Our one desire would be to have more flexibility with the air conditioner. However, we completely understand that there is a need to keep the machine running well. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to return. We highly recommend this beach cottage.

This property was perfect. The house was clean. The layout worked so well for our family. The pool was perfect size and we could see everyone swimming from inside the kitchen (which is helpful with kids). The walk to the beach was short and beach access was easy enough to find. The neighborhood was perfect. No noise issues. It is not busy/ overcrowded at all. We rented a golf cart and everything was a very quick ride from the house. The owner was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly when necessary. I would 100% recommend his house! We will definitely be back for another stay!
