I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Close to everything! It’s on the smaller side but we were four, two adults, a teen ager and a 10yr old and it was perfect.The property was clean and comfortable! There is a dog park and playground four houses down. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. The price was less than two hotel rooms plus you get the comfort of a full kitchen and living/dining room. We enjoyed our stay and would book again. I recommend for anyone looking for a place to rest your head, save money by cooking your own food, and needing a convenient informal place to convene.

Stayed May 9, 2025The owner was very good at communicating. It's a cute little place to stay near the beach but also close to downtown so you can enjoy both! It was very clean and had everything we needed and then some. I can't speak for the other rooms but the master bed was very comfortable. There is a Dollar General not too far away if you're needing anything. Overall we had a really good stay!

I am a senior and have to walk with a walker at all times. It was very easy for me to get around in the cottage. It was very near my daughter and granddaughter which made it very convenient as well. I would highly recommend it for location as well. It was very near many attractions and restaurants also. It was very clean and the kitchen was one of the most well appointed that I have stayed in.

Beautifully layed out and very well supplied. It was very dog friendly with covers on all the furniture a fully fenced yard and a dog park across the street. I loved the colors, style and art in the house.
