Lovely Guest House ~ Lakepoint ~ Lake Allatoona ~ Red Top Mountain

Wish we had stayed longer. Quiet, roomy, and well equipped for us and our dogs.

Great place to stay. Road coming up to house is rough other than that, this is a great spot.

Host was super fast to respond! We really enjoyed the location. We took advantage of the trails at Red Top Mountain State Park as well as visiting Acworth. Lovely stay!

Easy check in and check out we needed it for a quick stop over during a long trip. Everything was clean and organized.

We did not stay there. It was to far out in the country. Host was very accommodating and refunded us his portion of the rental fee.

The host was amazing and very responsive. We liked the location (end of a gravel road) but it might not be for everyone. Tons of deer so drive very carefully. Only downfall was no comfortable place to sit as another reviewer stated, but the pictures were accurate as to what furniture was available.

Host was awesome. House was clean and would be an absolute 5 out of 5 if not for the furniture. The living room couch was very small like a couch for children in a play room. So uncomfortable, we chose to sit on the floor. The bedroom was no better. Had on old box spring mattress that creaked all night. Was waiting for a spring to pop out any minute. We actually left the house 2 nights early due to nothing be comfortable and just went to a hotel for the last two nights. If they would just replace the couch with something more comfortable and update the bedroom mattress, I would have absolutely given it a 5 star rating. Never had time to look at the exercise room, but it looked nice when I looked through the door.

My family needed a place to stay overnight to break up a long car ride and this place was great! More space than a hotel room and just a short drive to some cool waterfront parks!

Perfect for our overnight stay when traveling with our fur baby. Yard was great for him to run & play. Room was ok. Everything we needed was there, always appreciate a hot shower and being able to cook dinner & relax a bit.

Perfect place. Everything you could want in a weekend getaway. Convenient location. Clean and had everything you need. Peaceful. 10/10 definitely recommend if you want a place by the mountains/lake/lake point. Will definitely be back!

Stay was amazing. Secluded, quiet, peaceful with an amazing sauna and gym to get your workout on! Close to outdoor activities, lakes and hiking if you want the outdoors and close to great eateries, shopping and entertainment and more…

The house has a little age. I wish they would of check the HVAC filters. There was a musty smell in the air. Also no towels were in the bath room. Had to look for them. The lights on microwave didn't work. The umbrella and chairs on the deck, need replacement. Also, upgrade the TV in the living room. Thank you.

As a senior adult woman this was exactly what I needed. In a neighborhood but on my own. I felt safe but if help was needed I felt it was there. Everything as described. Enjoyed a meal on the porch with a breeze and nature. Would stay again.

We stayed here with our 3 dogs and it was perfect. The dogs had plenty of room to run and the apartment was comfortable for all. Thanks to Mr. Kenny for our stay. There is an awesome gym underneath the apartment to work out. Very nice neighbors as well.

Very nice place. Well maintained and quiet. Parking was excellent with plenty of space to park a large trailered boat. No fault of the owner by any means but the county road in is in pretty poor shape. Other than that it was a Great Place! The 4 stare was due to the road in.

Good place to stay for 2-3 people for baseball at Lakepoint or Lake Allatoona beach fun. Kitchen is well stocked. Appliances are new and nice. AC works great. Bed linens are provided but towels are not. Restaurants, Walmart, and grocery stores are 15-20 minute drive away. Hosts responded quickly to our one minor concern. Highly recommended: Henry’s Louisiana Grill in downtown Acworth.

The yard was perfect for my dog- he loved it. The bed, wifi, and location was also great! I wish the floor was cleaned with a clean mop head though.
