Lovely 3BR 2BA Oceanside Cottage, Hot Tub, Short Walk to Beach

Clean rooms, beach was just a walk away, hot tub on the back porch, full kitchen, outdoor shower all great

It was an amazing stay. The house was big enough and open enough for our family of 5. 2 adults, 3 teenagers. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. We cooked most of our meals. The location was close enough to the beach that a walk out each morning for sunrise was perfect.

Nice place, very easy walk to the beach, and very convenient having beach chairs we could use for the week. Check in process was easy. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities needed for cooking, beds were comfortable, and even had some games and puzzles available. The street was very quiet, which was great. We had a wonderful relaxing time, would stay again!

This property was very clean one of the cleanest we've stayed at on Obx. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was very close to the beach. Just be aware that there is a steep dune to get over the beach, which was no problem for us and our small children, but might be harder for older individuals. The beds were comfortable, and there are lots of games, puzzles, DVDs and books to keep the family entertained. Would for sure come back! Also, the grill was great. Typically we have found grills are not usable at most rentals but this one was great.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay here over the 4th of July week. The reviews are all accurate with respect to cleanliness. We've stayed at several rental homes in OBX, and this one was by far the cleanest. A few people mention the dune being difficult to get over, but we didn't find that to be the case. Our beach cart with the wide plastic wheels handled it fine, and my son lifted the end for the last 10 yards or so at the top of the hill.The real unsung hero of this place however is the Sunday to Sunday rental. This was a life-changer in OBX! No traffic coming in or going out... Amazing! Not sure I can ever do a Saturday to Saturday rental again.This was our first time this far south, and we loved it. So much less crowded than Duck/Corolla areas. Lots of good restaurants, arcades/putt putt for the kids, etc. No line or call ahead needed at Duck Donuts!All in all it was a great stay and Sandy was a wonderful host. Would definitely recommend this home!

This property is what VRBO is all about. Dropping a pin where you want to be and enjoying all of the space, privacy and amenities a vacation property can offer a family. Everything was as advertised or better. Well done Silver Girl. Sail on!

Such a quaint little cottage close enough to the sea to pop in and out all day. Loved getting our steps in by walking to the pier and enjoyed surf fishing in the early mornings. Private enough to enjoy quiet mornings on the deck, but close enough to restaurants to enjoy easy evenings for dinner.

Silver Girl was an amazing property! We had a great stay. The cottage was clean, safe, fully furnished, fully functional/operational, and the outdoor shower and hot tub were huge bonus factors!

Our stay couldn't have been any better! The property was just what we wanted/needed and our host was there for any questions we had. We will be back!!

Clean home with with fully stocked kitchen. Easy near by beach access and quiet clean neighborhood. Owners are quick to communicate.

We love this little cottage. It feels just like home and is decorated beautifully. Beautiful inside and out! Everything you could need and more!

The house is exactly like the pictures, very clean and organized. The hosts were communicative and friendly. Really appreciated having 6 nice beach chairs! Close to the beach but the walk over the dune is steep and may be challenging for older folks, but was not hard for us. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Sandy!
