Lofted house 3 min from Lucas Oil Stadium/downtown

Perfect for 3 people. Nice outdoor area. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Only a mile or so from downtown. We enjoyed our stay very much

The house was clean, communication was great. Plenty of street parking. Nice fenced yard for my dog. Would definitely stay here again.

Host was extremely responsive and accommodating. We felt completely safe and we were close to everything. Uber was there within minutes. House was darling and yard was perfectly sized for our pet. Would definitely stay again!!

The property owner was very easy to communicate with and was quick to solve any issues we had (including resetting some outlets when we were out because they weren't working). The space was perfect for a quick getaway for two friends, within driving distance from anything you could want in or out of the city.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. It’s very convenient to Lucas Oil and the host was very responsive. It was clean, comfortable, and had all of the amenities you could need. My teenage kids would have loved the loft.

It was 20 minutes walking to Lucas Oil Stadium and was perfect! The house is simply adorable! And the host is amazing! She left us a nice “Swiftie” type gift for when we arrived! We ate at HotBoys chicken just up the road and chicken and waffles. Yum! You can’t go wrong!

So clean, quiet, comfortable and close to everything. We loved the space. Great base camp to explore Indianapolis, felt safe getting home late.

It was exactly as the pictures everything was fine. The neighborhood was a little sketchy.

The house was exactly as described. Very clean and close proximity to lots of attractions. Easy check in. Would stay again if visiting Indy!

We enjoyed our stay and had about a 20+ minute walk to Lucas Oil stadium. Area around the home is in economic transition to a nice area. It always felt safe walking. Host is responsive and property has great a/c and is very quiet at night. Bathroom has a few items that need to be fixed, (shower door & towel rack), but was functional. King bed is upstairs and could be difficult to use based on short stairs and angled entry. We did not use that space. Overall a wonderful property.

We didn't have a stay. Pulled up to the house, which was in a very run-down neighborhood with houses next door with boards over the windows. Only street parking and no spots. The yard was a mess and the whole area looked unsafe. We never even got out of our vehicle. We had to scramble and find a hotel to stay at. When we contacted the owner, he got defensive and said we were being dramatic. We asked him to work with us and he refused. We said we were going to reach out to VRBO, and he said, yea, you do that. So, we are reaching out to you. Don't let anyone else be scammed.

Tyler’s place is super cute and great location. He is an amazing host and very responsive. Highly recommend this place. It suited our needs perfectly. Wish we had found this place years ago, as it’s our favorite stay in Indy so far.
