Location. 3 bedroom cottage block from beach and two blocks from Siesta Village

Great location, comfortable space, all the amenities we needed on vacation. We loved the decor and feel of the cottage. Front outdoor sitting area was a huge plus! Host was welcoming and quick to answer questions.

Wonderful cottage within walking distance to everything. Provided everything needed for beach as well as day to day living. Loved enjoying the porch after a day at the beach.

The cottage was just nicely redone and very clean! Very close to everything….beach and town all in short walking distance! Eric was great with really good communication! Had a great time even though the weather was rainy at times!

Great location and everything our family needed. Near the beach and a couple blocks from food and drinks. Comfortable accommodations and excellent communication. We'll be back next year.

This is a very nice, quaint property in a small community of cottages. We rented with another family and their kids and had units 13A and 13B which were right next to one another. We shared a patio out front and ate breakfast and dinner there almost every day and night. This particular patio faced Canal street which is a cut through street to the village (great people watching). If we wanted more privacy, we could have moved to the back patio that belonged to the other unit we had. The Village was only 5 minutes and the beach was a short walk across the street. In the unit itself, everything was clearly updated (I'm guessing because of the hurricanes). Furniture was nice, had all the kitchen utensils and appliances we needed, plus great beach accessories (chairs, coolers, carts, toys). Our only suggestion to future renters is to make sure you know the area you want to stay. We weren't super familiar, so many of our friends were staying down near the intersection of Stickney Point and Midnight Pass which was about a 35-40 min walk for our kids. Oh, and our host was a great communicator who was very generous.

This property worked out perfectly for our family of 5. Enough beds for everyone with room to spare. House had everything we needed. Beach gear and laundry machines were incredibly useful too. Lovely front porch to people watch or listen to the rain fall as storms came through periodically. Amazing communication, host definitely met and exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect. Walk or bike ride to the beach, we went multiple times each day, water and sunsets are gorgeous. Can also walk to the main drag of shops/restaurants, super easy and so glad we didn’t need to drive at all, unless we explored other areas (Lido Key has kayaking excursions through the Mangroves, and to the south Caspersen Beach is a great place to hunt for shark teeth). We would definitely rent this cottage again! Highly recommend.

Great location!!! Nice decorations. Would have been nice to have had refrigerator and microwave cleaned prior to arrival. They were both very dirty.

This place was perfect! Easy walk to both the beach and the village. Super clean, good beds, cute house. We all enjoyed it so much and would stay again if we were in the area. I highly recommend it!
