Stayed Jul 14, 2023The property was nice, worked out great for us with fishing gear and not having to worry about leaving it in the car overnight as parking it right out front. The only issue we had, which was minor, is there was no remote to run the cable and change channels. Not that we were there enough to watch TV but someone else might need it.

Stayed Dec 1, 2023It suited us both and our dog. Super super clean. There are five other units, an outside deck. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. We spent just under five months here, the owner was very responsive if needed. Would certainly return again.

Stayed Jul 7, 2023This cottage was clean, had everything needed and the management made sure I had what I needed. The location is walking distance to the water , 2 blocks from all of the entertainment yet it’s nestled back and quiet when time to sleep. I just loved it! This is where I will call first for availability when I visit Rockport!

Stayed Mar 12, 2022Great location and cute cottage. It was not very clean but the owner tried to remedy the situation immediately. Hopefully they get a new cleaning service soon. I would not recommend staying here if you have kids because it is very small.
