Stayed Aug 18, 2025We had a really enjoyable stay in Apollo Bay. The overall look and feel of the place was lovely – welcoming, comfortable, and with a relaxing vibe that made it easy to settle in right away. The location was a real highlight, perfectly positioned between the beach and the forest, so it was simple to enjoy the best of both worlds without much effort.The stay was very easy and stress-free, and we truly appreciated how convenient everything was. With just a few small improvements – particularly a little more attention to cleanliness and an update to the shower and balcony decking – the place would be absolutely perfect.Overall, we loved our time here and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot in Apollo Bay.

Stayed Jan 30, 2025First impressions were what a wonderful and pretty spot overlooking the lake with ducks in, seemed idyllic as did the drive to it. However our peace was shattered through the paper thin walls by the occupant of the adjoined cottage until the early hours. The apartment is nicely furnished inside with a lovely outlook and was very clean throughout although very limited kitchen facilities. There are also some maintenance issues which need to be addressed, the outside needs some TLC, a dripping tap in the bathroom needs to be fixed and most importantly the outside decking is an accident waiting to happen with many loose planks.

Stayed Jul 15, 2024We stayed here over a super rainy couple of days and it was just ideal! Listening to the rain while staying snug in our cottage and read, played board games and watched TV. Our pooch was a little unsure at first but settled in so nicely and loved watching the birds from the balcony

Stayed Mar 25, 2024On arrival to Little Plum Cottage, we were greeted by an old and dirty exterior. Inside the cottage was clean except for the dirty windows, mould on the bathroom blinds. The positives of the cottage, the bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water, good heating.
