This wonderful and iconic house sits just steps away from 'Doc Martin's House' on Roscarrock Hill and its recently completed total refurbishment, offering its guests the highest standard of amenities and comfort. All living areas and bedrooms are sea-facing with uninterrupted views of the village, harbour, and the sea beyond.

Little Northcliffe includes two sitting rooms, a spacious dining area, a very well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms boasting sea views and en-suite shower rooms, a utility room, and a stunning patio area, as well as a new beautifully designed terraced garden with a built-in barbecue and seating area.

It's the most prominent situated house in Port Isaac and its new level of luxury, alongside the breathtaking views, introduces a unique holiday experience to this beautiful village!

Lower Ground Floor:
Large living area
With two bay windows overlooking the harbour and out to sea, comfortable sofas and chairs, Smart television, wood-burning stove, and Bluetooth ceiling speakers.

With a super king-size bed, which can be split into two single beds on request, fitted wardrobe, sea views, and en-suite shower room with drench and hand shower, wash basin and WC.

Both bedrooms are supplied with a hairdryer, wall-mounted mirror and wall-mounted bedside lights with a USB point.

Outside:
Large, private terrace with an eight-seater table overlooking the harbour. Directly accessible from the kitchen.
Newly designed large garden with terraced planting and entertaining areas accessed by stone-paved paths, with stunning views.
Stone steps lead down to an entertaining area with an eight-seater table and built-in barbecue.

Car Parking:
Allocated private parking next to the house for three cars.
