Little House Of 82 Esplanade on South Haven's North Beach.

Amazing little getaway with a FANTASTIC beach view—we had a double rainbow our first morning. Great value for anyone looking for a small, affordable spot to get out and enjoy the South Haven area!

Very cute, tiny home on the beach. Was the best little getaway with lots of shopping and food close by.

Location was perfect, accommodations were just what we needed. I was able to walk by the lake and really enjoyed the ease of access.

The beach view was great! It is a very small place, a little outdated but was alright for the 2 days and nights.

Excellent Host! Everything was provided for a comfortable stay. I'm looking forward to coming again!

Stayed here a few times. Always my go to place when its available. You get attached to it. It's comfortable for 2 people.

The Little House of 82 Esplanade was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway. Loved the easy access to the beach, along with how close it was to everything downtown. The house itself is very comfy and cozy! Everything we needed was taken care of by Karen and we will be looking to come back next year.

Had a wonderful time with my daughters. The little house was clean, well stocked and comfy! We're coming back next summer for sure.

The Little House was perfect for a beach getaway for me & my husband! Karen was SO responsive to all of my questions and provided very clear information for check in & parking which made our vacation completely stress-free! We had such a great stay at the Little House! 10 -15 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops. Steps away from North Beach. We love coming to South Haven and this is the best spot we have stayed at to date! We had such a great time!

Recently visited this property with my husband for a quick weekend getaway. The house was only steps away from North Beach which was beautiful and about a mile walk to a variety of stores and restaurants. Yes the house is “little” but was just fine for the two of us. Couldn’t beat this place for the price and location!

We all three fit but I wouldn’t suggest more than 2 unless you are good friends! Place could stand some updating and new beds. The sheets on the master bedroom bed had blood stains on them-which isn’t a good or clean look. We had the air conditioner in one night and all woke up with mold related headaches. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Cozy little cottage that was just right for my adult daughter and myself. Excellent location to beach which was very nice even for mid-October walks. With the kitchen items we were able to cook a few quick & easy meals. Overall, very nice.

Wanted a little girls getaway to celebrate my sister’s 40th birthday. Had everything we needed! Always love staying at the little house! ? Very cozy!

The Little House is aptly named--it's definitely tiny. I travel by myself and spend most of the time out and about, so it's a perfect size. The location is the real attraction. It's hard to get any closer to the beach, and not just close but with a view. This was my second time staying there.

So close to the beach.

We had a great time! My 7 yr old absolutely loved the little house. Being so close to the beach was perfect for running back for lunch. 10 minute wapk along the black river lead us to thr museum and drawbridge to the south end and shops. The house is definitely small, but had everything we possibly needed and more. The host was awrsomr eith communication. We are hoping to return next summer for a linger stay.

The picture of this site in VRBO was very mis-leading. It is obvious that this building used to be a garage and now 1/2 has been converted into a very small living space. No place to put your luggage except in the front room where you also had to change your clothes as the bathroom was too small. The mattress definitely needs to be replaced. The draperies are very thin; they need to install black-out draperies. If you are standing outdoors and look in, you can see through the draperies. Yes, it costs to keep items current; However, you need to consider your guests and their needs and privacy. Also, we had to strip the bed and dry the shower. Why isn't the housekeeper doing this? We were told this place was cleaned before we arrived, why then was there dirty underwear on the floor by the dresser? Plus the liners in the stove were filthy. Several items need to be up-graded.

This was the second time staying at the little house, & now I’ve booked a third! Excellent location & all the necessities in a beautiful setting! Love this place! Karen is also awesome & very informative! Thank you!
