Stayed Jan 1, 1Little Chart is a lovely old cottage full of character. It's beautifully furnished and very well equipped. However it would help if the House Manual was left in an obvious place - it was hidden behind some bottles in the kitchen. We did not find the deep freeze (in the summerhouse/shed in the garden) until after our shopping had been delivered and the few frozen things we had ordered were returned because we thought we had nowhere to keep them! It would help if the location of the freezer was specified in the details. It was literally a 2 minute walk to the beach through a lovely little courtyard garden. This could do with a tidy up, but we did stay at the end of summer when things always need cutting back, etc. A wonderful place to stay.

Stayed Jan 1, 1Great location for both beach and town. Although no parking at the property plenty on the street. House nice and spotlessly clean but does need some updating in the dining room and kitchen. The courtyard garden is awful though, overgrown and broken and the garden table needs replacing definitely needs some TLC here as such a shame as it wouldn’t take much to make it very pleasant.

Stayed Jan 1, 1Great time in cosy cottage. Problems as follows - 40+ flies in cottage on arrival. One kitchen cupboard door falling off. Garden getting unloved not as beautiful as pictures . No comfortable loungers or chairs outside. In storm Friday water dripping from skylight onto bed occupant underneath. No blue lid recycling bin so had to put all recycling in general rubbish. No non slip mat for bath or shower or handholds in shower - we are all over 80! Main general rubbish bin (green) already full (I put our rubbish out Thurs night as requested). However we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This cottage is full of character with a delightful courtyard and large comfortable rooms. The location is ideal for families as right on the seafront and short walk from heart of the town, cafes and pier. We had a wonderful stay. Would def recommend. Thanks v much

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We booked for 7 nights, delightful place. Situated metres away from the seafront, within the older / established area of Deal. The house and garden fulfilled our requirement totally . Compact kitchen, lovely dinning room, homely lounge ( my only negative point the settee tends to consume all whom dare to sit upon it, please replace or renew the springs ) Bedrooms / Bathrooms spacious, with view of the sea from the upper landing. Free Carparking is close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Steve / Julie / Holly
