This cute chalet is in a very nice area of Coconut Grove 2 blocks away from the neighborhood ce restaurant and Marina Monty’s, Sushi Macki and Starbucks!!!!! Monty’s is on the water.
Also you have fresh market south on the avenue Bayshore and some other good restaurants too
And is you keep on going you get to the heart of the Grove that is very much fun with nice restaurants, Bars, shops and just great!!!!!!!

Stayed Dec 30, 2025The listing highlighted a hot tub 3 different times and there was not one. When we asked the owner, she only said “no, sorry”. Broken window shade, broken shampoo/soap bottles, missing light bulbs in the house as well. Needs up keep. Location was great though and walkable to everything

Stayed Mar 19, 2024Great location. House is getting old needs some tlc. Fridge is very noisy. We enjoyed our stay however we were gone doing things every day.

Stayed May 10, 2022The bungalow is cute and very clean. The beds were comfortable. A/C worksed great and was much needed. We walked to Coconut Walk and Bayshore Marina daily. We cooked several meals - the kitchen is small but is complete. We felt safe in this area.
