Stayed Oct 23, 2025I am not able to put into words how wonderful our stay here was. Paul and Lynn are so welcoming. We felt like family the moment we pulled in. Paul greeted us as if he had known us for years. The loacation is breathtaking and so peaceful. They have a beautiful home and ensure that you have anything you may need. They even included some dog treats, which were loved sooo much. Our stay was perfect! My only regret was that it was not longer. We will be returning!

Stayed Jul 15, 2025Best Vrbo I have stayed at .When we got to the house Miss Lynn came down with sweet tea and the next morning came with the BEST blueberry muffins home made with fresh blueberries for us .She & Paul were the best ,the house is everything you see & more they really take care of the guests hope to get back soon , Prayers for Lynn & Paul thanks for a great time give them a 10 plus

Stayed Jun 20, 2025This property was more than we could have hoped for. It was me, my wife, and our dog. I particularly liked the quiet location where the dog and I could explore without worrying about traffic on our long walks. Pretty convenient to town yet very secluded. The 100 year old concrete bridge that leads to the property is fantastic. We would love to stay again the next time we come to Maryville.
