Lakeside Pleasure Island Cabin w/ Deck & Gas Grill

Beautiful sunrises, large deck, cute back porch, flowers, nature, fishing off the dock...This property is adorable! We will be back!!

Great place to stay!!!With two bathrooms and a full kitchen this is the perfect place to stay to relax and fish. My husband and I had no issues finding the property, checking in and plenty of room inside and outside. Short walk to the boat we could keep on the dock for the entire 1.5 weeks we stayed. No internet and one TV but barely notice as we were too busy fishing! Had a way to contact the property manager and he even stopped in and checked on us. Will definitely be back!

One of the most important things when finding a rental is the person you deal with while there. They make all the difference in how your stay will be. Our stay was a great experience because our person was great!! The home is just like the pictures, very welcoming. The view was wonderful to look at all day. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was fresh, clean and very comfortable. Go ahead and book your stay! You'll be leaving a great review here next ??

Great stay

The host Jerry is wonderful, easy to communicate with, and very helpful BUT this property is very run down and dirty. If you think you are going to fish on the dock or watch the sunset there - you are not. It has not been cleaned or touched in years, it is covered with spider webs and boards that look like they’ll cave in. Inside of the place is adorable but was filled with dog hair and rugs covered in dog pee. Every issue I brought to Jerry was dealt with as quickly as possible but he lives out of town and entrusts others to care for this property. I feel sorry for him honestly! It is run down and needs real TLC. I think it’s a great place for a group of men who are hunting or fishing who are fine with a place that “Looks clean”. The neighborhood is also not great. Abandoned trailers are all around this property.

Great cabin in the woods vibe with a nice deck for lounging with a good book and a close boat launch for the kayak.

We enjoyed the nice view of the lake from the main Cabin, with the huge glass windows and doors to look out of. The dock made it really easy to go fishing and return back to the cabin without having to repeatedly launch our boat. We caught fish off of the dock as well. Thanks for the great stay!

Cute little cottage tucked away. Easy weekend getaway. Great communication with owner.
