Stayed Jun 29, 2025Beautiful cottage, very well equipped with comfy beds and large communal spaces, perfect for a family gathering. The dock is huge and the kayaks, SUPs and water mat were a hit with everyone. Family chats around the fire pit, mini golf on the property and a hot tub too!

Stayed Jul 9, 2023House was beautiful and situated right on Horseshoe Lake. Dock and fishing were awesome. 15 minute drive to Parry Sound for everything we needed. Nice house and Jana was great and very responsive. Thanks.

Stayed Jul 9, 2022We had the most wonderful stay at Jana’s cottage. Such a beautiful property, immaculate cottage and excellent position on the lake. We had everything we needed for a great family reunion and spent so much quality family time on the extra large dock. Jana answered all our queries promptly and was lovely to speak with. Would definitely recommend this cottage.

Stayed Jul 31, 2021The cottage is beautiful and tastefully done in every way. The beds were very comfortable. The open concept of the house made it easy for our family to find enough space to be together and apart when needed. The large fridge and freezer space was great for all our groceries. Jana was very responsive and took the time to provide us with important information about the house and the area. We loved the house and enjoyed our 2 weeks. My only concern, and this is out of control of the owners so it's not a criticism, is the dock. Although Horseshoe Bay is a large lake, the dock is located at the end of a narrow channel which meant that alot of motorboats and seadoos were in an uncomfortably close proximity to all of us sitting there. Many boaters respected our privacy but many others would come within a feet from the dock at a great speed which made it unsafe to jump in the water. The weekends were the busiest time on the lake so we avoid it as much as possible. Hopefully the owners can influence the boater traffic through their neighberhood and community meetings.

Stayed Aug 29, 2020The property and lake were great. The host was fantastic. Be aware of the steepness of the driveway if bringing recreation vehicles.
