Lakefront Cottage w/ Deck Near Indiana Beach!

The cabin was quiet and relaxing. I had my coffee on the dock each morning and it was beautiful. Owners go above and beyond to be very friendly and accommodating - fantastic people.

The cottage is adorable! Well stocked with every amenity. Super clean and the grounds are beautiful...very peaceful. The owners Bob & Jayne are very nice. We will be back again!

The Cozy Cottage was a perfect place to stay for a short getaway to find some peace, quiet, and rest, which I needed very much. Everything was meticulously clean, well organized, and decorated tastefully. The hosts were so kind and helpful, making me feel very welcomed and safe since I was visiting on my own. I highly recommend this property.

What a great place. Perfect for a small family that wants to vacation in Monticello. The place itself is very nice, but i especially like it's location right outside the edge of town, and right on the lake. Close to Indiana beach and anything you need in town, yet with a country feel to it - cornfields and meadows just North of the property. This was our second time here, and we really like the place.

The cabin was super cute and had everything we could possibly need! The hosts thought of everything. Cabin was very nicely decorated. We were there for the Fourth of July and could see fireworks all around us as we sat on the deck over the river.We would definitely recommend this rental. Host were on property and were there anytime we needed anything. They were very hospitable.

Such a great time. Only 10 minutes from Indiana Beach. Loved having morning coffee on the deck every morning. Place was clean and so adorable. We will be back if coming to Indiana again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! We enjoyed the house, it was really like a home away from home. Most definitely enjoyed the private deck over the water. We were fortunate enough to see some of the neighbors doing beautiful fireworks. We were able to bring our dogs, which is a huge plus. We went to Indiana beach one day and the house is so close we were able to come back and cool off a few times! I would definitely recommend staying at this property! It truly met all of our needs.

We booked Cozy Cottage for the 5 days over the 4th of July holiday. We had stayed here before and wanted to return. The accommodations were great, the view of the river fabulous and the deck actually sits on the river. 100% great.

Came to the area to visit family and decided to try this cabin in lieu of a hotel room. Best choice ever! This cabin far exceeds any hotel in the Monticello area. It was just as described. Clean, well furnished and perfectly comfortable. Location was great; 10 minutes from the Kroger and Walmart. Lake view was nice and the deck was perfect for early mornings and evening for relaxing. Very quiet area of the lake. The sunroom was also perfect for when the weather was not suited for being outside. Overall… it was perfect for us and we will be back when we are in the area again.

We had a great time here MDW. The deck was perfect for lounging while we did crosswords and played cards, and we had many meals out there. On rainy days, the couch was comfy for lounging and watching our favorite shows. The cottage has a very well equipped kitchen - I usually bring a few kitchen things of my own because I never know what to expect, and they had everything we needed including good knives, basic oil and spices, and plenty of pots and pans. We would absolutely stay here again!
