Stayed Sep 26, 2024Exceeded my expectations! Lovely property overlooking the lake. Lots of trees, peaceful. The house may be tiny but it seemed very spacious with thoughtful amenities. Doesn't have a dining area, but the coffee table top lifts up to dine on the sofa. Very nice area with fire pit and picnic tables. Dog friendly! All the staff I encountered were very nice. Will definitely be back! Thinking of renting all 3 of the tiny houses for a group trip.

Stayed Oct 12, 2025Cabin was super cozy with everything we needed. Beautiful views in a quiet area. Plan to come back, there’s so much more to explore in the area. One small downside, not set up well for eating meals, a few TV trays would be a great addition. Definitely not a deal breaker for staying though.

Stayed Oct 16, 2025The tiny house was clean & maintained. Very quiet location. The upstairs was space that was unusable for adults. When the foldout couch was made into a bed you had to crawl over it to get to the kitchen. That was the only negative we experienced.

Stayed Sep 20, 2025Everything was really nice! The only bad thing was our water went out for about 4 hours between 5 and 9:30pm. Which was inconvenient. The well pump went out.

Stayed May 9, 2025This was the perfect spot for being on Lake Ouachita. Absolutely gorgeous! We had easy access to the lake, just steps away. Having a full kitchen to prepare food was nice. Just be aware, there is no wifi in the cabins, and cell service (for me and my husband) was very spotty. The satellite channels they have are minimal. Most things are pay per view, so there's generally just 1 or 2 free movie options per evening. No Netflix/Hulu/HBO. We weren't in the cabin much, so it wasn't a huge deal, just don't plan on trying to do computer work or use the internet unless you've made other preparations.

Stayed Nov 7, 2024The Lake House Cottage was perfect for my husband, dogs, and myself. We loved the addition of the loft in this cottage because it worked perfectly as a storage area and allowed us to utilize the space more effectively. The view of lake is wonderful, and the cozy porch was very cozy.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024This was our first visit to this area. About 7 miles north of Royal to Safe Harbour. This a very quiet, clean little spot where they have these RV prefab units in a spot called Tiny Town. Some units are larger, but the 3-4 in this spot are just that...tiny. Perfect for 2 people and one medium dog or two teecups, no more. The pics are accurate but maybe taken with a wide angle lens because these units are just slightly larger than a small studio apartment. The unit was very clean and nicely stocked with plates, utensiles, etc. Satellite TV but no wifi as of now. Hit the Walmart off 270 to stock up before arriving, because its about 20-25 minutes back there once you arrive. The grounds around the units are slightly angled with a 30 degree grade down to the little finger cove. The roads are gravel and well graded. Smaller cars can get in and out just fine but very well suited for SUV/trucks. Back to the unit: We only had minor issues with the sliding bathroom doors sticking and a bathroom cabinet door coming off at the face, but we took a pic and reported it right away at the Safe harbour Country Store and do not expect any issues with any damage claims. Overall; this is a perfect spot to get away and unwind and only 30 mins away from downtown Hot Springs.

Stayed Sep 8, 2024This tiny home had everything we needed to completely unwind. It was incredibly clean and quiet. We loved sitting outside for our morning coffee and then again later for a glass of wine and a sunset. It is very close to hiking, boating, and fishing. The town of Hot Springs is a quick drive away. Enjoy!

Stayed Jul 9, 2024Cabin as described. Check-in was easy and fast. Loved the wrap around porch and deck. Water was just a few feet away and enjoyed the cove all to ourselves. Lake Ouachita is my favorite place ever and this cabin was a perfect little spot right on the water.
