On the exterior, it is at the end of a quiet court, offering little to no traffic. There's a large parking area that can fit up to 4 cars. It has 80' of private lake frontage, and a private composite deck for your exclusive use. Sandstone steps lead down into the shallow sandy water which is wonderful

Stayed Jul 25, 2025The cottage was clean and comfortably housed 12 of use though it helped that I had taken a folding table and chairs for seating. That gave us all a place to sit to eat together whether inside or outside. Checking in and out was easy with clear instructions. Plenty of counter space and a closet/pantry for storage dry goods.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025Beautiful Cottage and setting to enjoy a quiet lake in northern Michigan. Well stocked and equipped cottage with wonderful host. We had everything we needed there and enjoyed our stay. We had a family of 8 and very comfortable!

Stayed Jul 14, 2024Definitely a cozy vacation retreat. Lake Mitchell is beautiful and just steps away from the cottage. The water is wonderful for swimming and boating (one of the best spots on the lake in my opinion). The cottage itself is very warm and inviting. Comfortable furniture, tons of beds. Well stocked kitchen. The host was open and communicated well with us during the arrangements and check in process. The only issue we had was lack of space to put clothing while there. No dressers in the bedrooms and the closets were already full with stored items. Overall we had a wonderful time in Cadillac and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage! Would 100% recommend and we would love to come back next year!
