Stayed Jan 31, 2021The cottage was exactly we we hoped for. Aptly named Following Sea as we are sailors! ! It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our two week stay. The check in process was a breeze! No hassle and that helped us settled in. It felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed being able to walk our dog everyday to Gilchrist Park and harbor walk. The stay confirmed our decision to move to Punta Gorda! Thank you!

Stayed Mar 1, 2020Punta Villas are located two blocks from the water and two blocks from the downtown area, which makes getting around very convenient. They’re located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of great places to walk. Our unit was clean and the owners are super nice and responsive to any need. We’re looking forward to coming back next year!

Stayed Jan 1, 2018This property is in the perfect location for walking to parks and restaurants. Also, in close proximity to many Florida attractions. The owners were very friendly and responsive to any needs we had. The kitchen was well equipped. The villa was cozy and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
