Stayed Jun 20, 2022This is a perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway but very convenient for shopping, restaurants, outdoor excursions. Beautiful view overlooking the Kentucky River. Time can be spent relaxing on the deck, a day trip to Berea or Lexington, or napping in the very comfortable bed! Brenda is an amazing host and responsive to any need. Unit is well-equipped and very comfortable. Highly recommend

Stayed Jun 4, 2022We had a very relaxing stay at this beautiful spot on the Kentucky River. The deck was a delightful place to sit and read, play games or enjoy a meal together. It is located near the highway which made it easy to get to attractions for whatever adventure we were seeking—hiking, horseback riding, kayaking. Brenda was easy to get ahold of and attentive to our needs. I recommend staying here.

Stayed May 6, 2022We really enjoyed our stay at Brenda’s Kentucky river cottage. We were in town for derby weekend. The house was close enough to the city to do all we needed to do while also getting to enjoy some nature and seclusion! We loved driving by all the beautiful horse farms in and out.
